Confused with no pen shots(replay)

1LT_Dwayne: http://wotreplays.eu...ayne-ae_phase_i Can you look at this replay and tell me why the shot didn't pen? It's the first shot I took on the T-54. I checked on tanks.gg and it's a 100% pen. Am I missing something here? Don't pay attention to what I say in chat. I was pissed and couldn't even pay attention to what tank I was shooting lol.
