Suggestion sub-forum.... well, I have my doubts if this section really means something. Actually, I don't know whether NA forums has a meaning to exist or not.
I have yet to see any suggestion made by players come to life. It seems that you are paying some attention to the topic... Let's see what happens.

Mugsy_: Civil is when people treat one another with basic human decency.
That doesn't mean one cannot express frustrations, disappointments
or anger. It just has to be done in a manner that is mutually
respectful. Sometimes attitude can prevent effective expression of
ideas and content. Frankly, it is a waste of everyone's time to
attempt dialog under those conditions.
The Q and A thread will be relaunched with the 8.1 update to resemble the EU's approach, which I personally think is more organized and more strictly moderated.
Right now it is too messy and not dispensing information in a clear and organized manner. My last post on the existing Q+A thread was Oct. 17th. I hope to post many answers early next week.
The suggestion board is a great resource for us, it is a place to listen to what players want and potentially need, how they are experiencing our game, where our short comings and strengths lay. Obviously, we have to consider suggestions carefully but even when we don't take a suggestion exactly as it is posed, it may inspire a tangential idea which can address the same frustration points or issues our community faces. I disagree that no player suggestions have ever been made a reality in our game, however, I do agree that I would like to see a more collaborative relationship between our community and our game's development. So here I am. Listening, asking questions. I am available through PM any time. If anyone reading this has an idea, a gripe, a question you can drop me a line. As I said, I will relaunch the Q+A thread in a more user friendly format with 8.1 and I hope to be able to resolve large questions shared by many folks.

dance210: Hey, policy states that it could take up to 24 hr for gold
transactions to go through. I've had the gold in my account withing
10 min and I've also had it take several hours to be credited. If
it went through on your card, please try and be patient; it will
eventually show up.
From what I've seen on the forums, submitting a ticket to support disputing the gold transaction or canceling the charge on your card could very likely cause your WoT account to be temporarily suspended. This seems to be true for any financial dispute (ie buying a premium vehicle then disputing the charge if the vehicle doens't show in the garage). Good luck!

Agrona: Yes, you can edit up the tank footage, add noises and special
effects. The only rules are that it is WOT footage (mostly) and
that it is around the 1 minute mark

should be from WOT, little clips here and there is fine, but I
would prefer most if not all WOT footage.
If there is only just a little WOT footage it probably won't get selected.

Have special tanks through the week with the plus 50 earning or credits bonus. Not all the battles were fought on weekends. Gold is fine free premiums tanks great but make me work for it.

It needs to be IMPOSSIBLE for ANYONE who is terrible to be able to afford to play high tier tanks... Period...
Noobs should be able to only RARELY afford to drive high tier tanks.
Not sure exactly how it would break down with the credit equations, but...
Tier 8 tanks should not make ANY profit above repair costs unless they do at least 1500-2000 damage in a battle.
Tier 9 tanks should not make ANY profit above repair costs unless they do at least 2000-3000 damage in a battle.
Tier 10 tanks should not make ANY profit above repair costs unless they do at least 2500-3500 damage in a battle.
Something like that, I don't care how it's done, but if you play WoT and you cannot manage a winning average (that is a 50+% winrate for the retards out there, yes you probably don't know I've been talking about you this whole time) I should only see you out in your tier 9 tank after you have played for an hour in the credit making tiers (tier 5-ish for the morons)
I really wish we could all afford to keep watching noobs piss fights that have already been won down the drain but it has just become too sad to be comical anymore...

hope to give everyone access to mentors and resources to improve

across 7 players is a logistical nightmare, and a massive time
commitment to teams wanting prepare and/or train as each night is
completely different. This tournament has little warning or
preparation time. Some of my usual players will need to go grind
out a tier 8 and tier 9 vehicles costing millions of credits, then
equip them, and possibly retrain a crew to them. There is no time
for this to happen, and the first place prize of 5k is not nearly
enough incentive for my team to even care. I'm in a clan on the CW
map and I'm unsure if I can meet the tier 9 and 10 battle
requirements out of a pool of 10 players.
My team won't be participating in this tournament.

Captain_Judo: In regards to my words you quoted, my point stands that there's no
need to disparage the tournament idea itself.
We hear the community's response. Several months ago a creative "tournament idea" contest offered the winner the opportunity to see their tournament officially applied. We only have room for such unique tournament concepts in our weekly, skirmish format. This is the reason why we prepared Skirmish XXII this way.
This tournament simply takes the place of Skirmish XXII and we understand that it is not a typical skirmish. It's simply in place of it.
With that said, we appreciate the eSports community's patience and understanding. Lord_Farquad and I will discuss the prizing considering this tournament's complexity.

or my work. I'm built for that. However, I absolutely won't
tolerate degrading another player's (albeit successful) creative
work. Feel free to insult me. But there's no need to berate the
tournament idea itself.

confusing. I'd suggest fixing it so that it's clear that damaged
tanks includes the tanks you destroyed (something like, "of the x
tank damaged, you destroyed y"), and potentially a different post
battle report screen color to indicated the difference between
kill/damage/spot damaged/spotted - just a thought. Further, will
you ever include epic achievements? It seems odd not to include
these despite the amount of work to obtain them, especially
something like Kolobanov's.
Either way, I did properly include all the necessary items for the the allstar, correct, for future reference?

Agrona: Yes, the correct information and shots were sent in just fine.
