RAISE all repair costs for tier 8+ tanks, A LOT

Noobs should be able to only RARELY afford to drive high tier tanks.
Not sure exactly how it would break down with the credit equations, but...
Tier 8 tanks should not make ANY profit above repair costs unless they do at least 1500-2000 damage in a battle.
Tier 9 tanks should not make ANY profit above repair costs unless they do at least 2000-3000 damage in a battle.
Tier 10 tanks should not make ANY profit above repair costs unless they do at least 2500-3500 damage in a battle.
Something like that, I don't care how it's done, but if you play WoT and you cannot manage a winning average (that is a 50+% winrate for the retards out there, yes you probably don't know I've been talking about you this whole time) I should only see you out in your tier 9 tank after you have played for an hour in the credit making tiers (tier 5-ish for the morons)
I really wish we could all afford to keep watching noobs piss fights that have already been won down the drain but it has just become too sad to be comical anymore...
