Major_Rampage: FalconDance is correct it's on The "On Track" so there is already a
discount on the tank so we did not add it for the weekend
special. However like all of the other tanks it's still
50% off.

Quote Q: If the top 5 winners for the M60 win in multiple stages, will clans placed 6-10 get the M60 instead?
A:No. If a clan qualifies twice, their prizes will NOT be transferred to the next eligible clan in the rankings.
Quote Q: If you get top 5 in more than one stage, can they give you two M60s? So you can play one while the other is in battle?
A: No player can win multiple M60s, if the clan qualifies during multiple stages, players who did not qualify in a previous stage but do qualify in the current stage will receive their reward

people in for example -G- that did not get the required amount of battles will have another chance in the latter stages, so yes it's fair.

lord_farquad: We considered heavily the amount of relegation, and I can't say we
don't at least in part agree that we ultimately want fewer teams to
be relegated from each division. The current relegation sizes are
for the following reason:
This is the first truly pro-level league system in NA and it's very new. Therefore we want there to be a lot of flexibility in the beginning as we believe a lot of teams that could be competitive will be participating yet. Once they've seen what it looks like, we're likely to get a large influx of teams, and we want the better teams to move up quickly. Having larger relegation groups let's us exchange a greater amount of those teams each season, thus creating more room for, theoretically better, teams. Note there's also a qualifier for the WGLNA which allows teams that are relegated to still qualify provided they are of that caliber.
Ultimately, we want to tighten up relegation as the scene itself begins to become more defined, but that will take at least a season or two. So please be patient with us, as we're trying to build out the best WoT pro scene possible.
Furthermore, saying that we cater to the larger clans is a bit odd, as eSports inherently encourages teams to form their own small teams of highly skilled players (disregarding clan affiliation) and generally this involves leaving a clan (Fulcrum being the perfect example). The WGL/WoTCS leagues are designed for the best players, we don't care where they come from. I'll add that over 60% (varies slightly from month to month, 60% happens to be the lowest percentage to date) of regular tournament players are not even in a clan, and with the exception of the Absolute Power series of tournaments, we don't take clan affiliation into account in any way.

balance to requiring 4 of each MUST be on the field.

With currently only 6 teams staying in minor from one season to
next it feels wrong too. I think you should change to 12 teams
moving from minors to open so that it is even with incoming and a
few more teams stay in the minor league from one season to the
next. With the currently rules a mediocre team in the minor league
is going to do a lot of bouncing between leagues every season.
Also will point out that you have 4 teams moving out of the Majors and into WGLNA. Do those 4 spots get replaced in the Majors by the bottom 4 in this seasons WGLNA?

As far as your last question, Pendan- the Major League and Wargaming League (WGLNA) are directly connected. The teams relegated from the Wargaming League will fall into the Major League.

promoted from the Open League... A typo? Lack of work when making
rules?anyway, WG doesn't care since the player feedback is completely ignored for tourneys (just for tourneys?).
Mi post about that: http://forum.worldof...nd-relegations/

from majors to minors so that is fine but you have 15 teams moving

With currently only 6 teams staying in minor from one season to
next it feels wrong too. I think you should change to 12 teams
moving from minors to open so that it is even with incoming and a
few more teams stay in the minor league from one season to the
next. With the currently rules a mediocre team in the minor league
is going to do a lot of bouncing between leagues every season. Also will point out that you have 4 teams moving out of the Majors and into WGLNA. Do those 4 spots get replaced in the Majors by the bottom 4 in this seasons WGLNA?
Captain_Judo:
Nicofer put together a thread to discuss promotion/relegation rules. I love reading feedback, so feel free to support that discussion.
As far as your last question, Pendan- the Major League and Wargaming League (WGLNA) are directly connected. The teams relegated from the Wargaming League will fall into the Major League.

management:
- Suppose it's the fifth game and it's 1-0 for the green team. The team had three complete draws and one win. If the fifth game ends in a draw, is the final score 1-0 scored as a draw?!?
: Some thoughts on this. Looking at the the rules now, yes, this seems to be correct - if neither team got to two victories in time, it's a draw. But there are two good arguments against doing things this way. Firstly, if that is the rule, the red team has no incentive to really fight to win the fifth battle. They could all just camp on cap and deny the other team the win, since even if they win, it's 1-1 and it's just as much of a draw for them as 1-0. Secondly, you are providing inconsistent rules on the micro and macro level. On the micro level, you rule the draw a win if tier points advantage exceeds 8; but on the macro level, you rule a 1-0 win a draw?
= TL;DR A fair solution seems to me to classify any win as a win; 1-0 or 2-0 or 2-1, while capped at 5 battles. But would WG please clarify (if not justify)?

game does not recognize a draw with >8 point advantage as a win,

game with a 10 point advantage, then win the second game, have we
won the match? If the other team wins games 3 and 4 after the
previous scenario, who wins?

You've been doing every other map in that list so far (Himmelsdorf, Steppes, Ensk). Should we assume that Friday will be Airfield?
They also are not rotated weekly.
Contradictory information on the same page is frustrating.

Captain_Judo: I agree that a team without a win heading into the 5th battle has
no incentive to win. I don't think this is unlike traditional
sports that can sit on a draw to carry them forward. I consider
this the metagame of a league.
We did get good feedback to consider changing how the draw rule is scored. However, we find it complicated to make a change mid season. We'll revisit the draw rule's implications in preparation for the Fall season.
