available, there will be 9 players in the match. Though, sometimes
with a tournament, it is put in there that you can have a max
number of players take part in the battle. Going over and over the
info for this tournament it doesn't actually say a max, so would it
be another decent assumption that you could have 15 people in the
battle but still be at the 90 tier point limit, obviously?

A team must have at least 9 members to be eligible for participation in the tournament, with a maximum allowed 16 members.

Just want to make sure WG is aware that there's a secondary market in sports - a lot more people follow by checking the scores and the write-ups than watch the games; many of those begin to watch later. Timely and accessible provision of scores is very important.

Quemapueblos: You saw NOTHING!
Anyways, definitely a cool idea and would add some more strategy to the game. I think the problem is the engine isn't designed for that at the moment. Battle times and FPS would be the main obstacle that I see

the rules section, introducing a statement that the top 8 teams
will qualify for a playoff. Unfortunately, while clarifying that
there will be a playoff, it creates more questions - primarily
because the line below states that "teams between 3rd and 6th place
will have a special playoff for 2 spots in the WGLNA".So, is the
meaning of this as follows?- the first playoff round
(quarterfinals) will determine top 4, then proceed to semis and
finals (yay, champion selected);- of the bottom 4, the two BEST
teams based on regular season standings will be qualified as 5th
and 6th and will be invited to yet another playoff against 3rd and
4th teams;- winners of these second playoff will qualify for
WGLNA.If it is, please hire me as the Official Rules Diviner. I
will practice with the Vedas in the meantime :) Seriously, the
impression conveyed by the current practices is that WG itself does
not necessarily have a 100% picture of the rules; maybe it does,
but then it does not communicate it very clearly.

8th place
2) after that, there will be a separate tournament, before the next season, to determine who gets Wargaming League invitations. It'll involve Major League teams finishing 3rd-6th place and include the bottom four teams of this season's WGLNA.

listed on the announcement page?
http://worldoftanks....solute-power-3/

Quote Teams must include the tag of the clan they represent in brackets after their team name, example "Wargaming R Us [WGA]"
Teams will be randomly seeded.
Teams below the minimum or above the maximum will not be accepted into the tournament.
Teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Teams which apply first will be accepted first (note that applying your team for the tournament is different than creating your team). You can find instructions on applying here
Please keep all team names alpha-numeric. Characters such as "?, %, @, ^, etc" may cause issues with your team, and prevent you from being able to participate in the tournament.

the tournament page:

distributed into the brackets, without going based off of any
previous scores.
