As far as your last question, Pendan- the Major League and Wargaming League (WGLNA) are directly connected. The teams relegated from the Wargaming League will fall into the Major League.

With currently only 6 teams staying in minor from one season to
next it feels wrong too. I think you should change to 12 teams
moving from minors to open so that it is even with incoming and a
few more teams stay in the minor league from one season to the
next. With the currently rules a mediocre team in the minor league
is going to do a lot of bouncing between leagues every season.Also will point out that you have 4 teams moving out of the Majors and into WGLNA. Do those 4 spots get replaced in the Majors by the bottom 4 in this seasons WGLNA?
