Yoott: Q. Now my team has been accepted, what next?
All players from the team must log into the EAST server at a suggested minimum of 15 - 20 minutes before battle time to allow for disconnects and slow-loading players. In order to know what time the first battles begin, check either your team page or the main page for the tournament you have joined.

10 minutes prior to battle time a "Special Battles" tab will appear and blink on the bottom of each accepted members' screens.

Once you click on that button, a new window will open containing a list of available special battles/tournaments that you are registered for. It is possible that if you as a player registered for more then one battle, you will have multiple selections to choose from here, so double check to make sure the one you are clicking is the one you wish to play in.
Once
you have selected a battle, you will be brought to the "ready-up"
screen
Please
note that every player that joins starts in an unready state,
denoted by a red background. Upon them clicking "Battle" or "Ready"
their background will change to green. Players must be moved from
the bottom area to the top area to be selected for the battle. This
is done by selecting the player's name, and clicking the "/\"
button (they may be moved back down with the "\/" button. Any
players remaining at the bottom or still unready will NOT be
entered into the battle when the countdown finishes. The first
picture here is a player readied up, but not chosen for the battle
team. The second picture will be of a player readied up and
selected for the battle team.
SPECIAL NOTE: YOU MUST STILL FOLLOW THE TIER AND TANK LIMIT RULES
POSTED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT (POSTED ON TOURNAMENT PAGE) WHEN
READYING UP. THE SYSTEM MAY NOT RESTRICT YOU FROM USING A SETUP
THAT IS AGAINST THE RULES SO IT IS UP TO THE CAPTAIN TO MAKE SURE
ALL OF HIS/HER VEHICLES ARE INLINE WITH THE RULES.
DISQUALIFICATIONS's BASED ON INCORRECT TEAM LINEUPS ARE NOT
DISPUTABLE.
Once the timer reaches 0:00, the battle will automatically begin and anyone that is readied up correctly will be taken to the battle. Reserves, subs, and non-readied players will remain at this screen until they exit or the battle completes at which time they can ready up and be brought up (for the next battle) if there is room based on the rules for the tournament. Battles will continue per the tournament schedule from the tournament rules page.

Since there are nine rounds, I would guess up to ten teams, but confirmation would be helpful for planning and selling participation in the tournament to other players.

Captain_Judo: 10 teams per group. But this is an approximation and we won't
definitively know until registration closes.

same so that we can identify your eligibility.
It's important to note that player participation must match team participation for eligibility. For example, if your team wins 3 tournaments but a player is only enrolled for 2, then said player is credited for 2 tournament wins.

GeeForcer, on Jul 30 2013 - 21:17, said: I'd like clarification on this. I thought this way as well, but
rereading the rules I now am convinced there are 2 tournaments:
1. Top 8 teams are seeded based on regular season rank - placing in this tournament (the playoffs) determines gold and top two spots to WGLNA.
2. Teams placing 3rd - 6th are seeded into a second tournament based on playoff placement then regular season rank to determine 3rd and 4th invitations to WGLNA (this means only 1 battle per team in this second tournament). It also means that the bottom two regular season ranked teams who are knocked out in the first round of the playoffs will not get a second chance at WGLNA.
Couple reasons for this:
In the rules, they call the two teams auto advancing the finalists - top two finishers in the season are not finalists. Also, final league standings are based on progression through the playoffs before taking regular season rank into account. While I appreciate the second chance type dynamic, it's still strange to me that they don't just promote the clear top 4 teams (from the playoffs)

2. Top 2 advance automatically to WGLNA. (What's not clear is if this is the top 2 from step 1 or top 2 from the regular season)
3. Teams finishing in 3rd to 6th (4 teams) will play in a tournament vs. bottom 4 from WGLNA. Top 2 advance to WGLNA.

Captain_Judo: ^Both correct!
Final standings are based on how you perform through the playoffs. The two, final teams, automatically receive a berth in next season's Wargaming League.
Teams finishing 3rd through 6th will face off against four Wargaming League teams for four available berths in next season's Wargaming League.
