Yoott: Q. Now my team has been accepted, what next?
All players from the team must log into the EAST server at a suggested minimum of 15 - 20 minutes before battle time to allow for disconnects and slow-loading players. In order to know what time the first battles begin, check either your team page or the main page for the tournament you have joined.
10 minutes prior to battle time a "Special Battles" tab will appear and blink on the bottom of each accepted members' screens.
Once you click on that button, a new window will open containing a list of available special battles/tournaments that you are registered for. It is possible that if you as a player registered for more then one battle, you will have multiple selections to choose from here, so double check to make sure the one you are clicking is the one you wish to play in.
Once
you have selected a battle, you will be brought to the "ready-up"
screen
Please
note that every player that joins starts in an unready state,
denoted by a red background. Upon them clicking "Battle" or "Ready"
their background will change to green. Players must be moved from
the bottom area to the top area to be selected for the battle. This
is done by selecting the player's name, and clicking the "/\"
button (they may be moved back down with the "\/" button. Any
players remaining at the bottom or still unready will NOT be
entered into the battle when the countdown finishes. The first
picture here is a player readied up, but not chosen for the battle
team. The second picture will be of a player readied up and
selected for the battle team.
SPECIAL NOTE: YOU MUST STILL FOLLOW THE TIER AND TANK LIMIT RULES
POSTED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT (POSTED ON TOURNAMENT PAGE) WHEN
READYING UP. THE SYSTEM MAY NOT RESTRICT YOU FROM USING A SETUP
THAT IS AGAINST THE RULES SO IT IS UP TO THE CAPTAIN TO MAKE SURE
ALL OF HIS/HER VEHICLES ARE INLINE WITH THE RULES.
DISQUALIFICATIONS's BASED ON INCORRECT TEAM LINEUPS ARE NOT
DISPUTABLE.
Once the timer reaches 0:00, the battle will automatically begin and anyone that is readied up correctly will be taken to the battle. Reserves, subs, and non-readied players will remain at this screen until they exit or the battle completes at which time they can ready up and be brought up (for the next battle) if there is room based on the rules for the tournament. Battles will continue per the tournament schedule from the tournament rules page.
