в.) В случае обнаружения в логах пользователя признаков массированного (откровенного) применения им автоматизированных скриптов (бот-программ), аккаунт пользователя блокируется перманентно, с возможностью возвращения пользователю в перспективе, после проведения администрацией операции полного отката достижений пользователя, как полученных путем нарушения Пользовательского Соглашения.
Работа по ограничению "ботоводства" ведется, ведется ежедневно и серьезно, но администрация очень тщательно взвешивает каждый свой шаг.
Во втором случае передача акка третьим лицам является нарушением Пользовательского соглашения (п. 4.3) Однако юридически данный факт очень сложно доказуем.
Игрок ведет себя не так, как обычно? Ну и что? Он: а) пьян, б ) устал, в) на работе, г) отвлекают жена, ребенок, девушка, д) ему позвонили и еще куча причин. Если IP совпадают, доказать, что у компа не топ-боец топ-клана, даже если он откровенно тупит, невозможно.
Не совпадает IP? А если он динамический? А если, как у меня, IP меняется каждые 2-3 месяца? Связываться с каждым провайдером и спрашивать у них, что и как? Вы представляете, какой это объем работы?
Я понимаю эти подозрения, но все-таки в бою на турнире сражаются не боты или нубы-"качальщики", а самые топовые игроки. Вот если их побеждать, то тогда совершенно все равно, кто и что им качает

Overlord: As far as I remember, the specs/view range for the current
(mounted) turret are shown.

Overlord: Everything is correct, read as "D25-T". It's a stock gun for both
IS-3 and IS-4.

Overlord: At this stage we are not announcing the changes until they are
within reasonable release timeframe and not subject to any furhter
revision.

Overlord: So as to get IS-4 as tier 10 heavy in top configuration you need to
have S-70 mounted before the revision.

Overlord: It's not directly a coding problem. The issue is mostly related to
the modeling side of things and especially the way external modules
and optics are represented. Thus, most probably, a massive
remodeling will be required to fix it.

1. Not the worst case I have seen so far. Mirror teams pattern has never been a goal for WoT. We do understand that MM has some issues that need fixing.
2. Not sure about it, the new version still needs polishing before the public launch.

Overlord: 1. The diplayed and real (in-game) values are correct.
2. With a very little chance to be proven wrong I can say that 7.3 is unlikely to contain any balancing changes. E.g. Bat Chat and Lorraine still rock.

Overlord: Most likely full reset / wipe will be needed to merge the map
successfully, however apart from technical issues that have to be
solved we also need to implement all the required functionality for
CW since the merge would mean the end of beta stage and no further
wipes. Plus, there is a fear that RU clans, having advantage in
experience and numbers right now will dominate the merged CW if
there are no additional restrictions. So the merge has been pushed
to long-term plans.

Will you consider adjusting the costs of dropping skills and perks? Unlike retraining, it does not eat at your primary skill, but at the precious secondary skills, which take ages to level up. And 200 gold per crew-member is an awful lot.

Overlord: 7.3 is unlikely to contain any balancing changes.

Overlord: Nope, totally not. Both player who is shooting, and the one who is
being shot at are equal to us. So the treatment is the same.
