It says "Если на танке «ИС-4» было установлено орудие С-70, то игрок получает новый ИС-4 с установленным орудием 122 мм «М62-Т2», в противном случае игрок получает новый ИС-4 с установленным орудием «Д25-Т»", which means you need to have S-70 gun on Tier9 IS-4 to get the top gun 122mm M62-T2 on new Tier10 IS-4, otherwise you can only get a new IS-4 with stock gun 122mm D25-T.
Now we have EU version here:

It says "Players get the IS-4 of tier 10 with available and mounted 122mm “M-62-T2” gun without additional modules or consumables". It dosen't say anything about S-70 as above.
Does it mean WG change the plan about IS-4 gun or just some translation mistakes?
