I had a loader who was at the same level in the VK, but unfortunately SkorpG doesn't have a loader, but it allowed me to compare the training level of the 2 crewmen after the boost.   It doesn't seem like such a bad special now. If you don't have a suitable Premium tank you could do the same in a Tier X if you have one.

Not able to have a simple discussion, complete lack of reading comprehension, not able to answer simple questions, complete lack of common sense or a basic understanding of simple logic and, as the cherry on the pie, catastrophic grammar (not talking about English skills, it's about the basics of human communication). Bonus points for delusion and a lack of basic education. Internet, anonymity and yolo mentality aside - that often makes me speechless. Sooo... long story short: Yes, a thread that explains how basic communication works would be awesome and help to convince the special people that we don't ask them to elaborate or for evidence because we are all paid shills, but because that is how educated humanlike beings are meant to communicate with each other.

For example, why don't we have big obvious links to the Wiki (or a condensed version of it) in the newcomer section, why don't we have WG's own videos explaining mechanics and so on. Also when someone first come to a forum they are often quite inexperienced and they don't know what information is good and what they should ignore so moderation in this section is very important, being new and asking for advice should result in advice, not stat bashing, "becuz rasha", similar or even worse bad advice.   However in the end it's always good to encourage good behavior just as it is to discourage bad, plenty of forums I'm active on have reputation systems, badges, achievements and so on to motivate people, something which often is enough to not only get people to strive towards the positive but also acts as a quick validation for newer forum dwellers that the one replying to their post is not just a random troll which helps quite a bit in the end.
