How would you make the game and the community better?

Moderation means a lot more, but this is the first forum of its kind that I visit, where that is completely ignored. After a very long time, you are the first member of the staff team that does this here and there. I'm talking about contributing to a thread or leaving a pointer when closing a haxxing/rigging thread. Conclusion: We need real moderators!   2. No stricter moderation - BETTER moderation! What's the point of reporting the same people again and again if they are still allowed to spam their nonsense five minutes later? Your system doesn't work, it takes months or even years to get rid of obvious trolls and crapposters. We have so much toxicity here because the staff team doesn't take any stance and doesn't actively browse their forums. All we get is "thread closed" and "thread cleaned" because not constructive. But why isn't it constructive? And why can't the moderators actively adress the things that go wrong? Conclusion: We need real moderators!   3. "How to post thread" Good idea, but the people who are meant to read it obviously won't. It's rather scary to see the horrible nonsense that people come up with and how they turn it into language. Not only scary, but also alarming. At my school we started a couple of forums on the school server when that became a thing and it was "cool" to not use capital letters, but we still wrote like we learned at the elementary school. And we all grew older and noticed that that the stuff we considered "cool" was rather silly, so we stopped it and started to write like normal human beings who are interested in other people understanding our point. Now... seeing the drivel that ends up on these kinds of forums really makes me losing faith in humanity. Not able to have a simple discussion, complete lack of reading comprehension, not able to answer simple questions, complete lack of common sense or a basic understanding of simple logic and, as the cherry on the pie, catastrophic grammar (not talking about English skills, it's about the basics of human communication). Bonus points for delusion and a lack of basic education. Internet, anonymity and yolo mentality aside - that often makes me speechless. Sooo... long story short: Yes, a thread that explains how basic communication works would be awesome and help to convince the special people that we don't ask them to elaborate or for evidence because we are all paid shills, but because that is how educated humanlike beings are meant to communicate with each other.

eekeeboo:     I understand the frustration, I was a user of the forums for a long time and even stopped coming to the WoT forums after a while.    We're working on "better moderation" and always improving. I can assure you the reporting does work and that I can attest to a fair few spammers and trolls have been banned since I've started. It's a slow process and you have to stick very much to the rules so that people understand where they've gone wrong and always give people a chance to correct their mistakes. Some people take it, others don't but I make sure I go through the steps so that there's no way for a person to complain and come back.    I and the community team have plans for the forums, but something as ancient and unwiedly as the forums, these changes need to take time and care to change so I don't break them all like I did with the WoWP forums and broke everything, then set it on fire and broke it again before fixing it. I don't want to repeat this!  12:52 Added after 2 minutes

And guides should be approved before being posted. Also, mods could open their Q&A topic on forum/official social media sites where they answer questions now and involve with community more.

eekeeboo:   Mods are not in a position to do Q&A this is part of the issue in understanding the positions that people have in a game as big as WoT. Moderators are tasked with and responsible with the cleaning and rule enforcement on the forums. Q&A are usually answered by managerial or developers. Social media pages are usually run by social media people and people like myself who have knowledge but not all the answers. 12:55 Added after 5 minutes

Take last night 4 kills 5k damage in a 48 patton, I start getting insults from the 2 players because I'm not following them.. "stats padder" "polish retard" and then whoomp I lose 1k health because my own JPGZ e100 doesn't like it when I don't listen.. so I tk him (he was one shot anyway, tbh he is a good player from a good clan and he really should be embarrassed he was acting like a child) so now "i'm the bad guy"  Regardless I won the match with the most kills and the most damage in that round.   Seriously this is the only game where consistently winning more and doing more damage is seen as a bad thing basically because most people can't accept "they" are the reason they suck nothing else. Being told the truth isn't toxic when it's true.

eekeeboo:   How dare you be good!
