How would you make the game and the community better?

WoT is also a special case on it's own, the games mechanics is rather complex and it's very common for a person that's not understanding something to label what they don't understand as cheating and/or unfair, over/under-powered and it's often quite hard for them to shift that view towards the truth, just as it is when you're discussing real-life subjects.    I don't think there is much we can do for the community it self, we got our three types of regulars, the ones that know most things related to the game or at least can look it up, the ones that don't know as much but are happy to help the best they can and the ones that will continue to blame WG/WoT for everything and anything. Regardless of what happens those will remain the same and I doubt anything will happen regardless of what you improve on, however there are things that can be done to avoid having more people ending up in the clueless corner, improving the newcomer experience, not just in terms to information but also their welcome and experience. For example, why don't we have big obvious links to the Wiki (or a condensed version of it) in the newcomer section, why don't we have WG's own videos explaining mechanics and so on. Also when someone first come to a forum they are often quite inexperienced and they don't know what information is good and what they should ignore so moderation in this section is very important, being new and asking for advice should result in advice, not stat bashing, "becuz rasha", similar or even worse bad advice.   However in the end it's always good to encourage good behavior just as it is to discourage bad, plenty of forums I'm active on have reputation systems, badges, achievements and so on to motivate people, something which often is enough to not only get people to strive towards the positive but also acts as a quick validation for newer forum dwellers that the one replying to their post is not just a random troll which helps quite a bit in the end.

eekeeboo:   The wiki links is something I have plans for in the future.  videos we're working on and trialing numerous ideas!
