Представьте себе, что ваш экипаж после трудного боя сел передохнуть возле своего Т-34 или "Пантеры". Поели, закурили и завели разговор. Вот о чем этот разговор, вам и надо придумать.
Текст на русском языке объемом не более 8000 компьютерных знаков (с пробелами) надо прислать мне на почту ij@wargaming.net до 20 ноября. Я, если понадобится, отредактирую рассказы и опубликую.

to evolve more. Evolving characters is very important for many
people as it brings feelings of improving, growing or becoming
better, nastier, deadlier... Just remembered my first battle on
MS-1 with 25% crew (summer Beta time) where I struggled to keep
aiming circle inside the game screen.

Absolute for the best clans. Champions for mediocre ones. And
Junior for those who maybe won't gain too much gold (the best
provinces could give gold such as in Africa or even worse, people
wouldn't care as long as they would have an impression they aren't
useless pice of crap and they can actually achieve something) but
still will have their share of fun. Right now only we, good clans
and big alliances are having a good time, and gold, lots of it. You
said you hope to develop this game for 10 years so I think that you
want your player base grow steadily over next several years at
least. So tell me how are u going to change the fact that only 72
clans, let's say 720 people, a less that 1% of the whole clanbase
are having fun, and the rest is just headbanging on the big walls
called starting zones protected by big NAP alliances and little
provinces number wall? And there's gonna be more players and more
clans and getting on the current map will be even harder for those
who will join later. Even right now sometimes there are so many
participants in starting zones tournaments (1/32) that the last
battle with owners is about 11 PM in Europe. And what's gonna
happen when there will be more players? 1/64 tournaments ending at
00:00? 1/128 ending at 1 AM? It will be troublesome for everyone.
That minority still deserves to have fun (getting obliterated every
night on starting zone is not too enjoyable ;] ) too in my
opinion.
So my question is: When can we expect CW divisions?

Overlord: The feature has not entered the production yet, so giving any ETA
is really hard.

Overlord: The change relates to the mechanics that determines armor with
minimal thickness within HE cone. The fix will eliminate a number
of incredible cases when he damage is inflicted and ensure more

Overlord: I have already explained that due to the c.omplexity of 7.0 update
it will be almost tankless

LiannaSilverwind: Information from RU forum: developer SerB on Russian forum have not
dismissed neither did he confirm these skills as being officially
developed, planned, tested etc. He did mention that they want to
introduce skills in patch 7.0, but are not sure if they will manage
it in due time.
My personal point of view: the game needs more diversity in tank "builds". Like one of the posters above has already mentioned: there is one, or just two, major super-build(s) for particular tank and everyone uses it. Many veterans have 400% crew on many tanks already and they miss possible further evolution of their vehicles.

les clan war sont forcément encore en bêta puisque il y a tout le temps des ajours, mais je vois pas pourquoi tu te plainds vu que ça ne te concerne pas...
les chars fr sont finis depuis longtemps mais repoussés à cause du patch 0.7
le multi cluster n'est peut-être utile qu'au serveur russe, toutefois les mise-à-jour sont pour tous les serveurs !
inutile d'être mauvaise langue et troller au taquet sachant tes "antécédents"...

Overlord: Personally Im impressed by the amount of data you have gathered,
and especially by your attention to the situation on the Global
map. I will take a closer look at the issue when Im back to office.

Overlord: The issue is under control of Quality assurance dept. It doesnt
interfere in any way with the development of new tanks.

Overlord: Basically yes, that's how we see it at present. Of course changes
are possible, since the feature hasnt been tested yet.

Overlord: That's a really broad question. There are many focuses: new game
modes, more tanks and maps, new strategic and rpg features, fixes.
The plans are huge indeed.

Overlord: Not a perfect situation of course. But we dont want and wont
interfere directly here to undermine the most powerful clans. We
had a similar "issue" on RU side in the past, now the Red are not
as dominating as they used to be.

Wieso werden Spieler nicht aus den Matches geworfen wenn sie nur rumstehen und nichts machen.
Wo ist das Anticheat Programm was sehr viele andere Online Spiele benutzen?
Damit könnte man wirklich beweisen das jemand Programme benutzt bzw diese gleich Blockt.
Doch nur Anhand einer Statistic die man ohne Probleme auch ohne Bots zusammenbekommt die leute Bannd ist für mich der wahre Betrug.

Ich deffe z.b. gerne die Ary´s und stell mich hinten rein und warte auf scouts.

It is not directed at anyone in particular, it is a announcement which is sent to everyone.
Bots are banned after a investigation. It is fairy easy to identify what is a bot and what is a real player.
A real player will not fire 100 shots into the ground and hit nothing, with a 0% hit ratio.
A player will not play 50 games in a row, and never move, and never fire a shot.
The investigation does not ban bad players, it bans obvious bots, the investigation is intensive and thorough.
Real players do not get banned.
So have fun, and enjoy the game.

I've heard that lower plates of all tanks are actually modeled to be at 90° from horizontal, we just visually see them as sloped, is this true or nonsense?

event.
They only have about 32 battles each accounts, and have been banned and not used for the last 6 months.

So you dev guys are still in the 'considering' phase in this matter? Well then I think you are not familiar with the scale and importance of the arty problem.
High tier artys make heavy tanks useless, knocking them out with one shot. If there are more than two artys in the game, espacially high tier artys, the game just freeze. Everyone are camping, no one dare to move an inche. If someone moves or shoots, he is immediately killed by the artys. Too many artys (more than four in the battle) just wipes out all fun out of the game, they are completely ruining the game experience. The players play this game for fun, not for being target practice for artiletty.
All of the non-arty palyers are suffering because of the arty problem, especially in higher tiers. And players that are constantly frustrated about the totally inbalanced artilerry are often leave the game. That means much less fun for us, players, and much less money for you, developers. So restricting the SPGs are everyone's interest.
Some of us tank players even joking about that if there would be SPG-free games for gold, they would pay for it immediately. And I totally agree with them.

Overlord: Due to technical reasons the active development stage of
matchmaking overhaul wont start prior to Q1 2012, so we still have
time for consideration.
In my opinion the notorious Arty problem is exaggerated.

Overlord: 1. Saying that would be game-breaking is obviously an
overestimation. There wont be any decisive advantage.

Overlord: Depends on the exact model and time frame. So it's 50/50 situation,
not a fault to fix it, unlike the beam's length on T-54.

Overlord: Because of the coplex architecture of 7.0, it was decided to
minimize the number of new tanks in the update.

I realize it's likely working as intended, but you could also reduce the overall gold output on the map and instead spread it out over more provinces/regions to allow more clans to fit on it without causing any inflation in gold income. Added benefit is that we'd hopefully be able to play on different maps (current landing zones span only 13 maps, most of them being on Sand River).

Overlord: All in all it makes a nice summary. Still Clan Wars on EU have not
reached the required desnsity and level of competition to bring
extra terrotories in bulk and/or right away. Most probable way to
go is the introduction of African provinces some time in Q1 2012.

go to combat with them mounted.

Overlord: On a second thought, there are 72 clans on EU, approx that number
we had upon the launch. So there is practically no point in adding
new provinces right away.
