Question about that 5%:
Will it stack by multiplication (like with camo net or camo skill), i.e. camo value multiplied by 1.05, or by addition (like bushes, I think), i.e. 0.05 added to the camo value.
The latter (adding) will actually give something (not much, but still) to high tier tanks, while almost_nothing multiplied by 1.05 is still almost_nothing.
