GhostPrime:   Throttling can be caused by heat. The card will throttle to keep cool. If you OC'd your GPU, this could be a factor. You can run GPU-z and check your temps.    Does the crashing happen at a specific time, or map? Do you run mods? does the crash happen without the mods installed?

The_Chieftain:   I'm not accusing anyone of anything. I honestly have no idea who grabbed the shot, and as was noted by another poster at the time it was a very rapid edit. I'm not angry, thinking the worst, or anything like that, it's a public forum after all, and such 'look what I found pre-edit' is common. There are no hard and fast lines, (eg one minute? three? five?) on the idea of cutting a little slack, but I am asking that if it's very obviously something posted and deleted in haste, that some consideration be given to it. There's nothing wrong with not doing so, but it does colour my 'comfort' level here.

The_Chieftain: Oh, just to put this out...   Recent events have led me to realise that it's been a few years since this topic came up, it might be worth revisiting given Threaddite turnover.   As you know, I do my best to give you guys latitude to discuss what you like and how to discuss it, as between friends, and I try to participate as I can on a similar basis. This means that, as between friends, I try to be a little more forthcoming/helpful. Whilst accepting that this is a public forum, it's fairly low-profile. That said, I have a nasty tendency of typing before I think, as witnessed by that very rapid edit to a post I made a while ago. (I think it was up for 30 seconds, but still long enough for someone to make a screen grab).   I would ask that you guys give me some similar latitude. If you see me do something like that, please don't look at it as an opportunity for a 'gotcha' moment. That sort of thing will force me to go into 'total official mode' on what I post on this thread like all others in order to prevent any other recurrences. Instead, I would ask that you respect what I feel is good enough to leave up. It won't be watertight, but it kindof gives me a 'saving throw' and will save quite some heartache.   For the record, I don't know who got the grab, and I'm not asking. I'm just hoping that they're a threaddite and will accept that I'm treading a bit of a line, and that if I feel I've crossed it, it's because I believe the consequences to me can be real and significant.

We are planning to switch over to the new tournament tools next week, which means unfortunately the week-long tournaments can't be played.   We will still be running some fun daily tournaments! dance210:   There will be no Skirmish/Weekday Warfare/Stand-To next week. Our new tournament system is supposed to be starting at the beginning of March, so we need to start over again. Skirmishes and Weekday Warfare will be returning March 7, so registration for those will go up next week!   Instead of the normal tournaments, we will be running a series of fun, one day tournaments (similar in concept to the Stand-To's) with registration only lasting a few days. As we get closer, we'll release more information about the tournaments!

Captain_Judo:   1v1 him bro?    But in all seriousness, pros do make their craft look easy.

dance210:   The prizes for the Late Night Stand-To 2.20.16 haven't been paid out yet. That's probably why you only got the 2nd place prize for the Late Night Stand-To 2.19.16

Trevzor: Tankers! We have just had confirmation that this season of the Ranked Team Ladder is going to be reset on or directly around the first of March. WGA Hax, in all it's glory, is going to be losing our spot on the ladder just like everyone else, but this coming season we are going to be fighting hard to get to the top. Every Friday we play, there will be bigger prizes and the end of the season will have a special season prize as well. So practice up with your teams and get ready to play some tanks. WGA is going to fight it's way to the top, unless you are able to stop us.                               You can't stop us now!

veganzombiez: Hey guys,   Clan League Season 2 Qualifier matches are coming up soon!  Due to the implementation of the new TMS (Tournament Management System), registration will not begin until after March 2.  A portal article with a link to registration will be published once the new TMS is up and running.   Champions League: 1 open slot.   Registration: March 2-7 @ 0900 PT.  You will need 14 players to register, and we'll add the rest of your clan roster.
Group Stages: March 7 & 8. Playoffs (single elim): March 9 & 11.
Battles begin at 1700 PT.   Challengers League: 10 open slots.   Registration: March 2-13 @ 0900 PT.  You will need 14 players to register, and we'll add the rest of your clan roster.
Group Stages: March 13-14. Playoffs (single elim): March 15-17.

dance210: The Silver League is quickly drawing to a close, but that doesn't mean the excitement needs to end. Inchon will be hosting a community-driven Silver League Pro Bowl on Wednesday, March 2nd! Teams of eight, comprised of representatives from each Silver League team, will face off in a best of 13 (first to 7 wins) across three different maps. The first map will be selected by you, the community! We have selected a mix of common and never before seen maps.  The map order will be as follows:Map 1 - Community pick (4 battles) Map 2 - Team 1 pick (4 battles) Map 3 - Team 2 pick (4 battles) Map 4 - Community's 2nd choice (tiebreaker, 1 battle)  Lakeville Murovanka Kharkov Siegfried Line Mines
