Many many game and driver crashes...

Constantly get game crashes, 2-3 times per 50 battles... and now after crashes my video card throttles to 539mhz until I reboot my PC. Very frustrating.
I run max settings, v sync on or off doesn't seem to matter. It crashes weather im running the OC or not. Or if im only running WoT or not...
Has anybody dealt with this?
This and how awful the Nvidia Surround is for the games I want to use it are almost enough to make me dump this card and go back to AMD.
Editing since I know people skip everything after the first post.
The OC does not matter. I have run days without the OC and the problem happens just as often.
Latest drivers.
I've tried disabling different features, like Vsync as was suggested to me, but havent been able to find what is causing this.

GhostPrime: Throttling can be caused by heat. The card will throttle to
keep cool. If you OC'd your GPU, this could be a factor. You can
run GPU-z and check your temps. Does the crashing
happen at a specific time, or map? Do you run mods? does the crash
happen without the mods installed?
