dance210: It can take up to 7 days after the end of the tournament for gold to be credited to the accounts. I normally do the Group Stage and Playoff payouts separately. The Group Stage was paid out today; Playoffs will go out either later today or over the weekend.   Thank you for your patience!

ElPozoleOlmeca: Un poco de luz sobre la mala traducción de este artículo, aparentemente hubo un error sobre qué artículo le mandamos a la compañía de traducción. Por lo regular recibimos nuestras noticias desde Rusia,después las revisamos por si hay que hacer correcciones y editarlas para que funcionen en nuestra región (EEUU). Una vez que hagamos esas correcciones se las mandamos a la compañía en argentina para que ellos la traduzcan al Español, el problema fue que por accidente les mandamos la versión rusa en vez de la nuestra y ahí es donde estuvo el problema.    Ojo que no quiero hacer excusas, lo que pasó es lamentable y estaré más atento a que no pase otra vez. Cuando algo nos llega de último momento a veces no hay tiempo de traducirlas porque tardan días en que la compañía las traduzca y despues nos las manden de regreso.

The_Chieftain:   The best way to avoid losing is to win when you get a chance. The majority of Kalobanov's medals awarded are testaments to the foolishness of groups of people who abandon a likely win in favour of farmed XP or kills in bouts of overconfidence. (And even at that, I'm not convinced of the XP benefits. you could have the win bonus and already be part way into the next game by the time that last one or two enemy are found, if at all). Case in point happened during my most recent stream, we pulled off a win which we had no business winning. Enemy were around our cap, and instead of finishing the job, went in search of the last two enemy. We won, despite being outnumbered four to one. There is nothing in this game more guaranteed to make me pull my hair out than watching my team mates give up the near certain win.

The_Chieftain: I haven't been able to take advantage of those AW bonuses at all, I'm afraid. I realize that the entire purpose was to get people online at a certain hour, but those certain hours have tended to be the ones where I, as a working dad, have tended to be busy and don't have the time to get online until, oh, about 9pm Pacific. I suspect many dads have similar issues, although I do ackknowledge that the dad distribution of players of AW probably leans towards EST.   You guys won't believe the man-hours being spent right now over fighting over the name of the Australian tank. Is it Roman numeral, or Arabic? Is AC4 a Sentinel? how about AC3? Is the AC4 even, actually an AC4?    It got to the point where I had someone walk over to our tank and photograph the data plate. I will, of course, not be reimbursed for the international call...

dance210: Are you talking about the fact that there is nothing underneath the "Brackets"? If so, did you try Ctrl+R to reload/clear the cache?   And if it's not that, could you please explain it?  

dance210: Haha was going to mention that it seems as though the test server is buggy, but I was too slow. Glad it's not just the tournaments!  

dance210:   By any chance do you know how many you got? I wonder if it was one for each round that was scheduled (which would kind of make sense)  

dance210: Working on getting clarification for that. It should just be a bug in the system     Also, for those who are interested, we have a second test set up, a mini playoffs over the weekend. This is to test the playoffs on a larger scale, see how multiple registrations work and hopefully test the new automatic tiebreaker system (dual-cap attack/defense anyone?).

dance210: As we mentioned here, our tournament management system is getting an overhaul! Before we can roll out the new system, we need your help to test it! We have moved on to our next stress-test phase - the single elimination playoffs! All test tournaments will take place on the Common Test (CT1 server). If you haven't downloaded it, you can find the link here (and read all about what is coming in Patch 9.14!). The tournament portal and team creation is slightly different. Check out this short guide to see some of our new changes! All the tournaments for the Common Test can be found on the tournament portal. Please note: these links are ONLY good while we are testing the tournament system! Tournament page What features we are specifically testing:Single Elimination playoffs - specifically, making multiple playoff brackets Multiple registrations within one tournament (choose to register for Group 1 or Group 2 - both play at the same time) Automatic tiebreaker feature!! dance210:   It's random(ish). Teams from the two registrations are kept separate (solo/party players only usually face solo/party players).   General process for creating groups: 1. Decide how many groups are needed based on the number of teams. Make those groups. 2. Click a button to randomly distribute teams to the groups. This is the part that is (ish)....I have no clue what formula the tournament tool uses to distribute teams. 3. Create the groups. 4. Done! We are now ready to schedule battles

dance210:   Only NA players can receive the prize. However, since this is on the Common Test, technically any player could sign up for any tournament. If you don't want the RU players on your team, I believe you can exclude them (or shoot me a PM if you can't, and I can do it for you).

dance210: As Gherlock stated, there is an option for the team captain to "Confirm" the team. Once you have done that, the team is set and will participate in the tournament.   With our old system, if you didn't confirm before registration closed, then the team was not accepted to the tournament.   Right now, if the team captain didn't save the URL for the team, they will need to log out, click Join - Find a Team, then search for their team. It requires a bit more work, but we're working on getting that fixed - players should be able to find both confirmed and not confirmed teams from the tournament page, I believe.  

dance210:   Registration ends in ~19 hours, so it should be at 9 am PT. As for the Common Test....I have no control over that. I'm hoping it comes back before 6 pm PT tomorrow, but that depends on how long it takes them to update whatever they are working on
