TeriyakiTanker: You should be contacting ASUS customer support not WG. Why
would you even think their customer service people can help you?
Chances are they aren’t even trained for tech support.
You will also have much better luck on a dedicated tech
support forum like Tom’s Hardware. Go their and post your
complete specs and you will find a ton of helpful people.
It’s most likely some kind of hardware related issue.

Einzelganger7: Fine as well with me, though I saw something really strange today
on my playing session (a bit off topic but I wanted to say it,
heh). I got the twitch pack today and tested the rental
Kanonenjagdpanzer 105, within 21 matches with it I was top tier on
all but three matches, so we could say I saw an abnormality in the
matchmaking? It's not like I complain, though, lol

batalla o similar). Si no estaban jugando, no pudieron ingresar o
ticket a Soporte. ¡Saludos!

Link on message: #12211070
DomoSapien: Hey, tankers! You’ve heard about Tank Festival (if not, check
out your hangar). However, there’s still room for other news in
World of Tanks. In particular, the Turtle Mk. I, a British Tier
VIII TD, will be supertested in no time. It’s born into the British
assault tank family headed by the TD FV217 Badger, taking after the
latter in both appearance and specs. The first thing you want to
know about the “testee” is that its survivability reaches 1400 HP
which is quite impressive for the tier. The armor is the second
thing you will definitely admire: it’s 228 mm at the front. As
the saying goes (and life shows), everything has its price. In this
case, the price is low mobility (which is quite common for the
family). With 20 km/h as its max speed, you will hardly be able to
dash about the map. The best tactic is to choose the direction for
attack from the get-go and stick to it to the end of the
battle. That said, the Turtle Mk. I has an ace up its sleeve:
its gun. Sporting 3000 DPM (one of the highest rates in the game),
it reloads in 6.6 s with the alpha reaching 330 points. The
dispersion and aiming time are no less decent being 0.34 at 100 m
and 2.2 s, respectively. Let’s see how the vehicle disposes with
the enemy armor: penetration with a standard AP shell is 217 mm and
a special APCR round will make a dent in the opposing vehicle 245
mm deep. One more special thing about this TD: the depression angle
of -10 degrees and the traverse limits of 20 degrees both to the
left and to the right (which, as you know, is crucial for a tank
destroyer). Let’s sum up: though the Turtle Mk. I can’t boast
a speedy pace, it causes damage at a rate that can impress! Its
survivability and firepower combined allow you to destroy the enemy
before it destroys you! If protected by heavy tanks from a rear
attack, the Turtle Mk. I can succeed both in keeping the enemy at
bay and breaking its defense.

Felipe6666Original: ¡Saludos, Comandantes! ¡Bienvenidos a nuestra décima edición
¿Puedo poner a
mi vehículo en algún contexto? ¡Seguro!
pintar/colorear, etc. Lo mismo aplica para el
plastimodelismo. ¡No hay excusas! ¡Elijan una categoría y
pongan manos a la obra! ¡Mucha suerte!

Guess its just not important to watch streams !!!

the tools at your disposal. And I understand the perspective of
'you're offering stuff that is gated behind hoops' - but consider
the following: this stuff wouldn't be offered in the first place if
the hoops didn't exist.
Are the missions a means to an end? Sure. We are pushing the buttons we have in front of us to influence certain types of behavior. Here's the way I see it. I am not a developer. I don't have the ability to change certain aspects of the game that I take issue with, or improve the new player onboarding experience, tutorials, bootcamp etc. I do have all these tools in the form of different community activities I can try running outside of the game, to influence player behavior in the game itself.
Like, maybe I can't improve the tutorial and make it better at teaching new players our core mechanics, but maybe I can compile a series of tutorial videos from community contributors and create special personal missions that get sent to players weekly and tie in to the mechanic that is being presented in each video. Or take the Scavenger Hunt for example. It started as "how do we motivate players to visit our social channels" then evolved into "how do we get our community contributors involved and drive traffic to their channels". With that came the additional challenge of 'how do we make it so that people actually visit their channels and check out their content instead of simply waiting til the end of the month and getting their rewards from someone who took the time to copy+paste. Yes, it still happens with Scavenger Hunt codes, but it requires participants to be engaged with the event and follow along daily if they want all the rewards. Engagement with the community outside of the game tends to translate to engagement with the community inside the game. There are only so many avenues I can provide you with to make participating in the Scavenger Hunt as effortless as possible, it's up to you whether or not you choose to use them. If you don't like Discord, you don't have to use it. Follow us on Twitch, Facebook, or Youtube so you get notifications when we go live. Or just anticipate that there will be a code given out on Tuesday or Thursday every week. My point is that the stream chain missions are a way to reward our regulars for being regulars, and offer an incentive for others so maybe they become regulars. There really is no underhanded motivation here, we're not trying to sell you anything, we just want you to come check out our stream. (inb4 well maybe if you were good streamers then people would watch your stream) Who knows, maybe you'll like what you see and stick around for the whole thing? I'm not going to sit here and defend the practice of using redemption codes for missions as a whole because I personally don't like it, but I have to operate under the assumption that there is a method to the madness and it actually serves some type of purpose (other than frustrating our forumgoers). When a code gets posted late, it's not because of incompetence or laziness as some have pointed out. Our content guys are up and in the office by like 6:30 to 7:00 AM like clockwork, every morning. They get posted late because the code isn't working and they don't want to frustrate players by posting a nonfunctional code. If it's late, it's probably because we're sounding the alarms, lighting signal fires, and sending smoke signals to get them fixed ASAP. Sure you could definitely call that incompetence but I don't think the incompetence rests solely with our content team, as the bonus code process is a global one.

what the streamer told me. And when I went back a bit later the
same streamer told me I couldn't get it till it was released to the
public. Well that passed for both premium members and the public
and still no tank. My premium time has since expired and I
think it will stay that way for a while. It was just a tier 6 tank
so probably would hardly play it anyhow, but I got fed up with no
replies on private messages to WG not read and no results.
Guess its just not important to watch streams !!!DomoSapien: Are you the guy who won the Bretagne Panther from Trobs? I
think I forgot to follow up on that but consider that CC's as well
as the person who works with them (me) are human beings and we are
not infallible. CC's are supposed to run giveaways during the sale
period of the vehicle, but Trobs got confused because of the wonky
release cycle the money folks cooked up for the Bretagne Panther
and T78. It genuinely was a mixup. EU Ran their sale at the end of
June, we had our sale towards the end of July, it caused some
confusion on all parts. I legitimately wasn't able to credit you
the tank before the sale period.
I do apologize for the additional delay in getting back to you, though. As I mentioned in my recent post on the Scavenger Hunt, I have been getting tons of PM's on Discord and have a few projects that have been demanding a bit too much of my attention and I haven't been able to dedicate enough attention to the forums. We're really slammed with all the stuff we've got going on + prepping for D-Day Ohio so things have been a bit hectic on the Community team. I see you sent me a PM a little over a week ago, will get back to you and follow up on that today.

Felipe6666Original: ¡Saludos, Comandantes!
Turtle Mk. I, un cazatanques británico de nivel
VIII.

World of Tanks. Em particular, o Turtle Mk. I, um caça-tanques

Vamos resumir: embora o Turtle Mk.

500 is ~160% of our average CCU for our community streams. You're supposed to get the code for watching the stream, not for copy+pasting it when it gets reposted. The rewards for completing the missions are intentionally modest, so that nobody is missing out on anything that's particularly rare/valuable/exclusive if they aren't able to watch the stream or input the code in time.
Furthermore, 500 is not set in stone and it's very likely that we will make adjustments to the quantity or format once we get a better idea of initial participation.

week, (shoutout to the players on discord who volunteered to let me

There was an issue with the "Redeem CC Codes" mission not being affected by the +3 tokens compensation. So this means that all compensated players have been able to complete "Scavenger Hunt" 3 additional times, but this number isn't being counted towards specifically the "Redeem CC Codes" mission. However the tokens compensation WAS counted towards their totals for the tiered rewards (specifically, the important ones being the 10K and 30K XP rewards.)
Ultimately, the only mission that appears to have been affected is the "Redeem CC Codes" mission, which awards the Food Consumables for collecting 31. It's a bit of a bummer because some players who would have qualified for these food consumables if the 3 extra tokens had brought them up to 31 won't end up receiving the food consumables from the mission itself. However, this should be an easy fix for us after the fact. The important thing is that the 10K and 30K missions are in fact counting the +3 tokens that you all received last week, as compensating you with XP would be a substantially more complicated process than compensating you with food consumables.
All of this said, all players that would have qualified for this mission (collected 28 or more 'secret sign' tokens for the 'redeem cc codes' mission), but didn't receive the rewards due to the +3 not being reflected, will be compensated with the food consumables they should have received, once the event is over.
If there is any discrepancy with your actual tiered reward missions and you feel that you didn't receive the tokens at all, please submit a ticket to customer support before 00:00 CDT on August 1st (tomorrow.) When dealing with customer support, it's important to contact them before the end time for a sale period, event window, etc. They generally have more wiggle room to accommodate you if you don't wait until after something is over to ask them for help.

consumables mission wasn't affected by the tokens compensation for
some reason so we're gonna fix it via a data pull next week and
manually payout the food consumables to all qualifying players who
didn't receive them.

Chaffees, but... ) With the PANHARD EBR 75 (FL) offered
for sale starting today in the NA Premium Shop, I would hazard a
guess that the Tank Races will use wheelies. Or, better yet,
maybe WoT will offer Chaffee and wheelie races... Einzelganger7: No idea which vehicles will be used but maybe they already showed
which ones in the article itself? On it I can see a VK
Leopard, a Chaffee, and a soviet light tank so I am guessing those
would be the options?

DomoSapien: The World of Tanks NA community stream runs 16:00 CT - 18:00 CT
every Tuesday and Thursday. This is the stream that the article is
referring to.
You can watch our Community stream on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/worldoftanksnaFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/WorldOfTanks.NAOr Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/worldoftanksna We've run a bunch of surveys with players about their habits for consuming stream and youtube content, the vast majority of wot players that consume streaming content for wot do so while running the game on their other monitor, or have streams running on their phone while they play. You can play the game and watch the stream at the same time. The rewards for streaming missions are generally quite modest. If you don't want to participate in Stream Missions but you still want boosters, just wait until September and follow one of the numerous Scavenger Hunt threads that gets posted to the forums, reddit, discord, etc. You don't even have to watch the CC's who participate in Scavenger Hunt if you don't want to, because you can just grab the codes when they get reposted.
I understand you feel like you're being left out because the scheduling doesn't work out in your favor, but is it really that underhanded for us to try and motivate more people to watch our streams while playing the game? Like, if it wasn't limited to a small number of redemptions (considering our average of about 300 CCU across all three of our streaming platforms) then it would simply get reposted, which doesn't really fulfill the purpose of the project. The objective for the stream missions is slightly different than the objective for the Scavenger Hunt, so the event is designed differently.

Subject: New automated Premium Vehicle Recovery tool for Customer Support

DomoSapien: Hey Tankers, Got some quick, but kinda cool news to share with
you. We've just added some additional functionality to our
Customer Support portal which should make the vehicle recovery
process even easier.
For those of you who are unaware, 'vehicle recovery' or 'vehicle restoration' essentially means 'buying back a Premium tank you sold in the past'. There is a vehicle recovery tool in-game, however it has some limitations. For example, if you sold your vehicle before the in-game vehicle recovery tool was implemented, that vehicle will not be available in your list of tanks eligible for restoration. Using the new automated functionality for the Customer Support Portal, you can submit a ticket to re-purchase your previously-sold Premium Vehicle for the Sale Cost (50% of original purchase price in Credits) + 10%. It will automatically be restored within approximately an hour (granted, the tooltip that comes up before you submit your ticket states that it could take up to 24 hours, so I'm assuming it will vary based on volume of tickets in queue), provided you have the Credits and Garage Slot available. Players that have used it so far seem to be enjoying it, as the tickets processed by the recovery tool are getting great scores in terms of customer satisfaction metrics. To recover a vehicle:Go to https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wot/help/ Select the In-Game Goods category Select the Premium Vehicle Restoration category Fill out the corresponding form Wait. (You might be waiting up to 24 hours so go play some tanks or cook a steak or something.) Take your familiar old friend out for a spin and shake off those cobwebs!

DomoSapien: So I've been digging through a bunch of account logs with CS this
week, (shoutout to the players on discord who volunteered to let me
poke around in their garages and try to figure things
out)
There was an issue with the "Redeem CC Codes" mission not being affected by the +3 tokens compensation.

The_Chieftain: Do both. If you're a tank on your own, you're probably doing
something wrong to begin with. You're supposed to be engaging as a
platoon, or at the very least, a section. That means that you can
start on both ends, and work inwards. Or, if you're a
platoon, two tanks start on the ends, two tanks start in the
middle, and they work towards each other.
