How ignorant are the Wargaming powers-to-be?

TeriyakiTanker: You should be contacting ASUS customer support not WG.  Why would you even think their customer service people can help you?  Chances are they aren’t even trained for tech support.  You will also have much better luck on a dedicated tech support forum like Tom’s Hardware.  Go their and post your complete specs and you will find a ton of helpful people.  It’s most likely some kind of hardware related issue.
