At the moment we are in desperate need of helpers to assist with tank pages so we can have them all ready before game release. If you are willing to lend a helping hand with thing other than that we would be glad to accept it.

1. Please install the following program on your computer: http://www.pingplott.../pngplt_std.exe
2. Close all the applications, including torrents, DC-clients, Skype, ICQ, Browser (IE, Mozilla Firefox, Opera), Mail client and etc.
3. Launch the program, and maximize the dialog window.

5. Set 1 second in the field "Trace Interval".
6. Press the "Trace" button (lower left corner) or the "Enter" button. (http://wiki.worldoft...target=pp-2.png)
7. Now click the right mouse on each figure one by one in the upper window (green or yellow background) and select "Show this Timeline Graph" (If there is no tick apposite it - v !). (http://wiki.worldoft...target=pp-3.png)
8. As the result, there is a black band under each figure in the column and the number of diagrams should be equal to the highest number in the column. (http://wiki.worldoft...target=pp-4.png)
9. To set up the time scale on the diagrams (in the lower part of the window) it's required to click the right mouse and in the opened menu select the time scale you need. (http://wiki.worldoft...target=pp-5.png)
10. Save the results in the png-file. (In File, "Save as").

Vallter: For now there are some solutions approved by our support team:
1)Vista x32 bit and Windows 7 x32 bit Operating systems:
If it's your case try to carry out the following:
- Press "Start", then "Accessories" and select "Command Prompt", select "Start as Administrator"
- Type the following (without quotation marks): "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072"
- Reboot your PC
2)For XP Operating System:
To improve the situations you have to carry out the following steps:
- Open "Control Panel" and select "System" section OR click with the Right Mouse Button on "My Computer" shortcut and select properties menu
- Select "Advanced" tab in the top part of opened menu
- Press "Startup and Recovery" button
- Press "Edit" button and text editor will open the boot.ini file
In [Operating System] section you can find a line that ends with following command: /fastdetect.
- press Space and write in addition (without quotation marks):"/3GB " at the end of this line.
- reboot your PC
3)For Windows 7 x64 bit:

Vallter: This issue happens if there are some ports "closed" for our game client
Make sure your antivirus software or firewall do not block the client connection with the server. During the first game start bring the game application in the trusting list.
Please open the following ports in the net settings:
• UDP range 3478, 3479, 5060, 5062, 12000-29999 and 32800-32901
Allow WorldOfTanks.exe to use UDP and TCP protocols.
If you use Proxifier, please open the following ports:
3128,80,8080,20000-25000,32801,32803, and crucially - 443.
Please open the directory "c:\Windows\winsxs\" and search for "hosts" (Windows Vista/7), choose the "hosts" file, open it with the notepad and type manually: 213.252.177.36 login-master.worldoftanks.eu
All the in-game settings and hosts, used by the game, can be traced in the "preferences.xml" file - "C:\Documents and Settings\(USER NAME)\Application Data\W"\

Overlord: Pre-oders will be available in about 2-2.5 weeks, release will take place approx 2 weeks after it. The respective news will posted in advance on both websites.

Vallter: It seems that for some reason you connect to different servers. Please do the following (both of you):
-download the proper game client
- Install it to other folder
- try to login.
Also you may have some problems with the Auto-Ban system. Please contact us via http://support.worldoftanks.eu if you encounter with any issue.

Vallter: Dear Users, we will make some kind of a mass reply
1) Unfortunately, if you want to select another server you are to reinstall the game client. To do this properly please go through the following instructions:
- download the proper game client (North American or European )
- install it to other folder (in this way your new game client won't conflict with the previous)
- login
2) You are free to have 2 different account (one per server)
3) Your account will be suspended on one of the servers. The autoban system uses the last-battle-on-server basis.
4) We can switch your account, but please bare in mind that it will be impossible to do it again, as well as to compensate you the resources and tanks you earned before this switch.
5) Your game statistics are equal to achievements you had before the account ban (server change).
6) We can't transfer your account from one server to another.

Vallter: We have some suggestions but to become firmly convinced please send us a screenshot of this error and your DxDiag file. Just attach them to your next post.

Overlord: No, 3 instances of global map are still under consideration.
X-mas trees are still on for all versions. I do understand that some (many) already got tired from the festive stuff, it is going to be removed with the upcoming patch.

Overlord: Both T95 and T28 are going to have 105mm as stock guns, 155mm will be the top gun for T95, and 120mm - for T28.

tier 4 - T40
tier 5 - M10
tier 6 - M36

T24 should become a premium vehicle.

I play with 350-400 ping. And until I recently upgraded my graphics card, I was running on 10-15 FPS (now I'm on about 30 FPS)
Driving lights was a little hard to keep the things driving where you wanted, like over correcting on steering etc. Apart from that, i've not noticed much problems.
I prefer the heavies, such as IS4, VK4502.

Overlord: Indeed why secrecy? Need to pile up information that covers the majority of the hottest game-related issues first.

Overlord: Currently we have about 2k registrations on US server per day (which is less than on EU side though), and expect massive influx of new players after advertising campaign is launched.
