One of the top comments we heard from people who visited our booth at PAX was "Oh, I love World of Tanks but the forums are a dark and terrible place". As a Community Manager, that breaks my heart a little. I want everyone who plays our game to feel welcomed here and want to post. I understand in the past moderation has been inconsistent and that the community feels ignored by WGNA Staff. We're aiming to fix that, I promise. Expect to see progress made soon.

Now then, are these topics or are they not allowed to be discussed on the forum, and if so, where? Five threads have vanished, one has been locked. If we're not allowed to discuss the topics that Wargaming puts on it's own website, then that's fine. Just say do not discuss this/these topic/topics on the forum and we're fine with that. If we're posting them on the wrong forum, then please let us know which one to post on. You have 115 of them here, so we get confused.
Thank you in advance.

that there has been inconsistent moderation and unclear forum

Teams with byes need to be updated manually, unlike teams that actually played last night.

Quote "Hello, my name is ___________________. I am calling to report a server connection issue and would like to escalate this to tier 3 support please."
Jewel_Thief: Next, you will need to provide account verification information,
like your phone number, account number, date of birth, last 4
numbers of your Social Security Number, and/or home address.
Quote "My home connection appears to be fine, however, I play an online video game and when connecting to the game I experience lagging and/or long load times. I was asked by the game's support to run a Ping Plotter report. The results showed that I am experiencing severe packet loss coming from a Road Runner owned IP Address. I would like to report the IP address where I am experiencing problems."
Jewel_Thief: Provide IP Address: 107.14.17.XXX or 66.109.1.66; please refer to
your specific Ping Plotter report for reference.
If you do not have a Ping Plotter report, or would like to check if your connection is being routed through this same IP Address, here are some simple instructions to follow:
1. First please close all open applications including torrents, DC-clients, ICQ, Web Browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and the like), and Mail clients etc... As these can interfere with the connection test results.
2. Next, install pingplotter on your computer. You can get it here.
3. Launch pingplotter and maximize the window.
4. In the "Address to Trace" field please type in 209.170.73.39 and then press enter.
5. Now we would like you to right click on each of the bottom 7 hops and choose "show this timeline graph".
6. *******Please allow this program to run for at least 15 minutes*******
7. Finally we would like you to please click "file" (in the upper left hand of you screen), then "save sample set", save the file.
If you are experiencing problems and need further assistance, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support department.
You will need to be logged into your Wargaming.net account on our portal prior to being able to submit a ticket.
Please attach a copy of your Ping Plotter report to your ticket for review.
Thanks everyone!!

MeatheadMilitia: Hello there kind sir,
First off, where did I say I was a master of WoT?
I mentioned I had only been playing for 3 days.
Secondly, where did I talk crap about WoT?
This is a suggestion thread, if I were talking crap I probably wouldn't have given examples and reasons for my suggestion.
Though I appreciate your enthusiasm, I highly recommend you work on your people skills.
All the best,
Brian
