One of the top comments we heard from people who visited our booth at PAX was "Oh, I love World of Tanks but the forums are a dark and terrible place". As a Community Manager, that breaks my heart a little. I want everyone who plays our game to feel welcomed here and want to post. I understand in the past moderation has been inconsistent and that the community feels ignored by WGNA Staff. We're aiming to fix that, I promise. Expect to see progress made soon.
