View PostTrixishy, on Sep 12 2013 - 23:45, said: Alright then.  I'd also like to remind you that I'll probably find not a single mod post in that thread since July 26th, so linking me to that will show me that you care very little about that discussion for the past 2 months.  I'd suggest you change that, because there is absolutely no point in moving the topic there if no moderators will even bother to discuss it with us.  So if you're going to link me away from me, at least make it seem like you're trying to be helpful.  That doesn't help at all.
Your gift shop is bad, it has no redeeming qualities to make it unique in anyway.  It's just more rehash.  It shouldn't be called a gift shop in the first place, it's to get good deals, which there are none.  Rename it already.
You're still using credits after the community has repeatedly told you not to, so you're also ignoring us on that front.  But that is nothing new.
Please improve your shop so that there could be something worth buying.  Maybe something to make up for the Anniversary that you did a very bad job on.  I hope you learn to accept my(and everyone elses) criticism, it won't get any better unless you get better.  Already have a ton of mess ups under your belt, so I guess you can't really get any worse, right?

Major_Rampage: I do still read that thread.  That is the status of those tanks.  I am sorry that you are not happy with their status,  however having all of your feedback on that topic in one concise location is best way to show your feeling on that  topic. If you want to discuss the status of those tanks,  that is the proper location.

View Postraywood, on Sep 12 2013 - 23:53, said: He's telling you to post your opinion on a dead thread, so basically you might as well write it on a piece of paper and throw it in the trash....

For the sake of not getting RO'd again I will keep this one civil.
1. I feel as though most of the companys participating in it are offering open incentive and will surpass WoT this year. I also beleive that the amount of new players a win could bring in, is not as much as colectivly "word of mouth"ing it around your buddies,or "letting them bum your account to try the game out before an install"
2. I don't feel like you have earned it. And i could list many reasons as to why, but the biggest issue i have is the fact that a "company policy change" took away my guarantied
WoWS beta entry ( from the flag contest ) after already receiving the guarantie.....It's a really...really, low blow WG. I was kind of counting on that gurantie to hold up. ( The one you all made for the NA servers pre-order vehicles seams to hold fairly well )...so I was expecting this one to hold as well...it didn't and thats what hurt the most. Also the fact taht i have to grudgingly agree with the EULA in order to play "the only competative tank based MMO out there" is rather iritating because of the contents of said EULA.......Lastly in this section, I would like to blame Telia, and Serb, his actions are almost childish, and severly uncalled for. If someone like him worked for Midway back in the day, he would have been fired on the spot.
3. You could give me my guarantied beta for WoWS back for starters ( that would get my vote on 5 diffrent computers ). You could start selling the rare tanks, which shouldn't be rare at all. All players should have at least some way of aquireing the older vehicles....lookin at you mutant 6. And as much as I know WG HQ hates this....not have premium time go down when im not playing, if I buy a day i only get to use 6 hours of it tops.
You could also make the game a bit more "lower middle class" friendly, we may have jobs, but investing in a 600/500% computer just to play one game is not a good financial move for anyone who struggles to pay for college, car insurance, mortgage, and any other general bills required to live in a functional home. ( even food is expensive now days )
Lastly you could make it so multiple accounts are legal, this way you could start over without loseing access to your aquired rare tanks you may have on the other account. And restor at least some of an SPG's reliability.
And make it so i can move to the RU server, then move back to NA when im done, I will pay you if you can do this ( and if i can bring my newly aquired mutant 6 back with me )
Thank you takeing the time to read this ( I hope ) and im looking forward to a response from you, send me a PM whenever with a link to your response.

Laera: I'm sorry about the WoWS Beta issue. When we heard we were not able to offer that as a reward we were all very upset in the office. I know Mugsy_ has done his best to compensate the winners in that situation. Feel free to hit him up if you have an further questions.
I'll have to see where we are with server transfers as I have little to no new information on that.

Pages and pages of comments have disappeared from the "We beg you to vote for us despite us treating you like crap" thread. That is NOT okay.

Laera: As I said before, the mods got a bit trigger-happy with the last thread. Nothing has been removed from this current one.

View PostMisfire42, on Sep 13 2013 - 18:51, said: 1. I really don't care about it.
2. Probably not, there are other games out there. (see below for why)
3. Fix the lag/other server issues, fix your communication with us, fix occasionally nonsensical forum moderation, fix game and forum bugs, done. The game itself is still very good, but the stuff around it is lacking.

Laera: So the most common frustration I'm seeing right now is issues with our server stability and our lack of communication as a company. These are two things that we're in the process of working on.

Laera: We're aware that there are issues with Telia and we're looking in to it. I can't disclose too much information on the subject right now but it's an issue that we've been working to resolve for quite some time now.

3. Get better servers :). If you say something make sure to carry through with it and it works. *Cough* Campaign 1 server problems*cough*

Laera: Thanks for your response. So what you're saying is you'd like to see us improve server speed and stability?

RU players can readily buy the NA beta tester tank Sherman E4 but we can not buy theirs (the KV-220).
That is not fair at all.

Laera: I understand your frustration and the desire for equality across servers. Wargaming is a huge company and so trying to get all regions to sync up on everything can be quite challenging. I understand things like the gift shop can be super frustrating and I'll see if I can get Major Rampage in to chat about that in better detail.

Laera: Hi folks,
We understand there has been a lot of controversy over in the announcement thread over the Golden Joystick Award. We'd love to hear your feedback as well as have a discussion about the issue at hand.
We would like hear more about the following:
1. What are your feelings on the Golden Joystick Award? 2. Do you think that Wargaming deserves the the Gold Joystick Award? Why or why not? 3. What can we do to improve? Thank you.

CatStalker: As having multiple accounts is a violation of the EULA, I would strongly recommend continuing on the accounts you each already have.
Edit: I seemed to have read it wrong. I saw it as starting at tier 1 on a new account, not the intended starting a new tank line on the current account. Carry on....

CatStalker: You could probably upgrade just a bit with a new video card, as you currently have integrated graphics running a AMD Radeon HD 6530D. When upgrading your video card, one of the more important things to look out for is the power requirement, as your stock tower only has a 300w PSU and might not be able to support a video card that requires an external pci-e power connection.
