Capitao_Desastre_: Comandantes!   No nosso concurso de captura de tela desta semana, queremos que coloquem seus tanques em locais invulgares dos mapas, como telhados, rochedos inacessíveis ou buracos impossíveis de sair.   Peguem em qualquer um de seus tanques e façam uma captura que faça pensar “Como é que eu vim aqui parar?!”


Regras :   O objetivo deste concurso é realizar as melhores capturas de tela mostrando um tanque num local do mapa no qual ele não estaria normalmente. As entradas deverão ser feitas como respostas neste tópico. Uma entrada por participante. Se o participante apresentar mais que uma entrada, apenas a primeira será considerada. As entradas serão aceitas até às 23 e 59 (hora de Brasília) do dia 27 de Julho. Entradas que tenham sido editadas após o término do prazo não serão consideradas. Cada entrada deve ser composta por duas capturas de tela, uma com e outra sem a interface de batalha (para mostrar/ocultar a interface de batalha, pressionem V). A captura com a interface serve como uma identificação adicional do participante. As capturas de tela poderão ser efetuadas com qualquer tanque e em qualquer modo de batalha. Nota: lembrem-se que as gravações de batalha podem ser pausadas e que estão disponiveis tambem para batalhas de treinamento. As entradas serão julgadas pela equipa comunitária. Dúvidas e questões relacionadas com o concurso serão respondidas aqui. 

  Os prêmios serão os seguintes:   750 gold para as 2 melhores entradas e 200 gold para 3 entradas escolhidas aleatoriamente.

The_Chieftain: There were two M18s used in filming. One was based in Utah, the other in New Mexico. The New Mexico one is the same we used to film the FPS Russian episode. The chap in Utah owns two M18s, one of which was the restored one to which you refer. I am unsure as to if this one was the same as that.

pizzastorm:   You guys are on top of things as ever!   Yes EU currently has a credit boost for tiers VIII-X.   We never said we would be removing credit boosts completely, just scaling them back.   We will be getting a similar bonus very soon, as well as some other surprises for you all to enjoy.

I have no idea if they were crewed by artillerymen or tankers, probably tankers. But that's not to say they could not be used as artillery as a secondary role. Even tank destroyers could be, and were routinely, used as indirect artillery. But, no, I don't believe it ever replaced the M7. different organisations and primary purposes.

Em que tanque você estava? - Nem todos os tanques têm o mesmo alcance de visão, o seu pode ser um tanque mais "cego".
Em que tanque seu inimigo estava? - Se ele estiver num tanque leve, ele mantem sua camuflagem mesmo em movimento, fazendo com que ele  seja mais dificil de detetar.
Como estava seu ping/lag? - Com pings mais elevados por vezes ocorrem dessincronizações entre o cliente e o servidor, fazendo com que um tanque apareça de uma direcção inesperada ou que simplesmente seja detetado mais tarde que o normal.

Capitao_Desastre_: Não tenha. Eu durante minha stream consegui fazer ainda pior que o habitual, e acabei rindo muito daquilo que fiz.

É claro que este mod está direccionado para quem nunca fez stream e quer tentar fazer isso pela primeira vez e não para quem já faz stream. O setup é simples e rápido e em 5 minutos ou menos você está transmitindo. Para comparar, fui responsável pelo lado técnico das streams de aniversário do servidor EU e nunca demorei menos de 45 minutos para ter tudo pronto.
