veganzombiez: Influence is something you earn in Stronghold Skirmishes that'll be used on Global Map 2.0.  Now'd be a great time to start earning some in preparation for an Open Beta Test, if one were to occur soon.

I do discourage the practice of sending in multiple tickets, as it won't help get anything in any faster. All the tickets are answered in order.    If someone replies to a ticket without a response from support it will fall to the bottom of the queue. It's a technical limitation in the system. They don't get any sort of notification, it automatic.

GhostPrime:   This is true the game would not affect the trace if it's not running when you ran the trace. Level3 is a backbone, and a third party company. There has been a lot of chatter in other games too about Level3. You are connecting to our servers fine, so the issue is at non local hops.    Looks like you have some spots of latency at hop 5 too. Although i cannot tell how frequent without the file itself. There are ways to bypass the non-local hops and go from your home/location directly to our servers.
