GhostPrime: Tickets cannot get buried. They stay in the system, and you will
get a notification of anything that occurs with the tickets. I do
discourage the practice of sending in multiple tickets, as it won't
help get anything in any faster. All the tickets are answered in
order. If someone replies to a ticket without a
response from support it will fall to the bottom of the queue. It's
a technical limitation in the system. They don't get any sort of
notification, it automatic.
