  Disputes must adhere to the protocol detailed below or risk having the dispute dropped by tournament administration. Disputes must be submitted immediately after the round has concluded. Disputes must be emailed to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com The email subject/title must include the word “Dispute:” followed by the name of the event for which you are filing a dispute. Disputes may only be filed by the team captain or any team member listed under team’s contact details. Disputes must include the following in the body of the email or risk having the dispute dropped by tournament administration:​ In-game name of the player submitting the dispute Name of the Skirmish Your team’s name with a link to your team’s page created for you during registration Your opponent’s team name and a link to your opponent’s team page created during registration Reason for dispute: e.g. “I would like to report the team for using a tank that was not allowed, the StuG III.” An attached replay of the disputed battle(s)​

You can copy the preferences file and place it in %appdata% and the game should read it if you place the "Wargaming.net" folder in the correct location. Other wise the program will create a new folder with default settings.    Afcap: could you please elaborate? Does the folder copy over ok? Does he have enough space on the Computer?

GhostPrime:   You will need a new motherboard too for sure. The only two CPUs that I know of that can use the socket 478 is Celeron and Pentium 4. If you get a new Motherboard, you may need new RAM too.

GhostPrime: You may want to try some general network clean up. This may work. If not I would suggest sending in a ticket to support.   1. Turn off and unplug all of your network devices. (modem and or network switches/routers) - and if they have a battery, please take them out.
2. Turn off your computer. Leave them all off for 30-40 seconds. 3. Turn them all back on and give them a few minutes to initialize and pull down some new addresses.
4. Clear your internet browser cache.   Next please clear your DNS cache. 1) Press the START button.
2) Select All Programs.
3) Select Accessories
4) Select Command Prompt.  This will open a black DOS box.
5) Now type in ipconfig/flushdns and press enter.
6) You should see a prompt that states "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache."
7) Press the "X" at the top right to close this program.
