it, we've made some changes to the matchmaking system: we are
returning SPGs to platoons, with a maximum limit of one SPG per
platoon. In Update 9.19 you may have noticed that we removed
recruit training, however, in 9.19.1 we're introducing a brand new
onboarding experience: Boot Camp. This will allow newcomers to
explore the game's core mechanics and UI so that they're better
equipped from the start. Other items that have been reworked
include personal missions and another batch of tanks received HD
revisions. Log into the test server today! If you're experiencing any
bugs, issues or have any feedback about 9.19.1 please let us know.
Provide any screenshots or replay files to help us identify and
diagnose those issues during the testing phase. o7!

looked for your ticket in our system, but it appears that you
haven't sent one. Last one you did was sent back in May
so I'll just go ahead and offer some information on your thread.
When you hover over the grayed-out options, there's a
message that says something to the effect of an action is occurring
and to try again later. I'll mention to a CW/SH
engineer the message that you're seeing to check if
there is something that's causing this or you just need to wait it
out and try again later. How long? I don't know.

Saffr0n: Update about contact list/clan cache issue (XMPPCS): Found
the issue causing incorrect clan designations and rosters not
showing member's usernames. This, to some degree, had an effect on
the contact list being in an endless sync error. There is a
possible platform issue with the XMPPCS that is being
investigated, as well as other possible development issues. I
submitted use cases last Thursday and again this morning to
the PM that's organizing a fix.

contact list. Thank you for everyone who PMed me or posted on one

forwarded to the team that is working on this issue. It has again
been escalated again and the team is working on the issue. We

The_Chieftain: Oh, the topics which come up here do get talked about in the Pod
(where all the WoT Pc guys in NA sit) and I will occasionally chat
with Minsk or rarely Cyprus directly. I do not report on those
conversations here. I have been repeatedly slapped for speaking
publicly "outside my lane", which is neither development or
production, and I'm thus a little gunshy. We do not have
developers here in NA, we do have producers, analysts and managers.
We do get some autonomy as to what goes on by way of events or the
shop etc, but not total. If the licensing agreement for the VC
tanks negotiated with the IP holder was geographically limited, as
the GuP agreement was, it would need to be either renegotiated,
with all the lawyers and so on, or a new agreement forged, with
even more lawyers etc.

a maximum of 7 battles - which equals a maximum of 8 teams per
group. This isn't the first time groups have had 8 teams rather
than 6 teams. 2. Teams are welcome to join or not join. As stated
above, the rules state that teams can play a maximum of 7 battles,
and prizes were originally calculated based on groups of 8.

tanks. We plan to test a complex change of vehicles of medium and

equal conditions in battle for the vehicles of other

We plan to test the following vehicles: Tanks of Tier IX and X will have revised armor: We added some parts to the front armor with thickness of 240-260 mm for Tier X and 220-240 mm for Tier IX. Their maneuverability and speed will be adjusted so they are a bit better than what the Maus has. The frontal armor of these vehicles, unlike Germans of the same class, didn’t have any vulnerabilities and could only be penetrated with premium ammo. We have added the changes to some parts of frontal armor to make it possible for their opponents to fight them on equal terms.
The tank of Tier VIII O-HO will get
premium ammo with an armor penetration value around 250-260
mm for the gun 10 cm Experimental Tank Gun Kai. Previously, this
gun didn’t have AP shells with enough penetration for damaging, due
to which players didn’t have opportunity to choose game style – the
tank was playable only as a derp. The tank O-I will have a bit
weaker rear armor, in order to decrease tank’s domination in a
battle, especially towards the tanks of lower tiers.
Previously, low-tier vehicles could not damage the
O-I even if they managed to flank it. After the changes
flanking will work.
Tank O-I Exp V of Tier V will get improved front armor in order to
more effectively stand against high-tier vehicles and to perform
the role of breakthrough tank. Moreover, 105-mm gun will be removed
from this vehicle, which was disproportionately effective on Tier

disinclined to eat. We had one person succumb to heat exhaustion in
Iraq because he was drinking lots of water, but was simply flushing

The_Chieftain: Any time I've asked about the VC tanks on NA, I'm happy to say,
I've been told they are not in the pipeline. That Cosplay
restaurant has been under a little hassle, as they are very
definitely GuP themed, but do not have any licensing agreements
from the GuP crowd. I'm not sure if they have resolved the problem
since that Youtube short was made. I remember the Tokyo officer
lads were very surprised I was aware of the restaurant when I met
with them in the UK late last year.

the stats. It is very similar to the Japanese HT No. VI. The
random is spin the bottle, pick a name out of a hat, use a Random
Number Generator type of random. It doesn't matter if the Tank
Mastery you earn is an Ace or a 3rd class, all entries are treated
equal.

price.The_Chieftain: Although WG has looked into F1 as a business move (We
have sponsored other sports teams including racing, after all),
it's just way too much money. I'll be going in my capacity as an F1
fan. I've been to F1 races in Budapest, Monza, and Indianapolis so
far. Generally speaking, I've found the US GPs to be some of
the cheapest F1 races going. Relative term, I know. But still. The
crowds aren't bad, especially if the circuit is switched on with
regards the parking system, and CotA is a new track which should
have good parking. (Indianapolis, instead, did an excellent bus
shuttle from the city center). However, frankly, if you're going to
go for an F1 race, you're going -for- the crowd: You get to watch
the race far better on a TV screen at home! The problem I
have is that at Budapest, I was a guest of Ferrari, and we watched
the race from their VIP section just above the pit. I'll dig up
some photos I have at home, but basically I took photos of the pit
stops from about 20 feet up, and three feet to the
side. Combine with the VIP parking, the free, excellent
food, it has just spoiled me for any F1 races I ever go to again in
the future. I'm hoping to wrangle a McLaren pit pass this time
around, we'll see.

curiousity, if you leave it connecting long enough, will it
