The_Chieftain: Any time I've asked about the VC tanks on NA, I'm happy to say, I've been told they are not in the pipeline.   That Cosplay restaurant has been under a little hassle, as they are very definitely GuP themed, but do not have any licensing agreements from the GuP crowd. I'm not sure if they have resolved the problem since that Youtube short was made. I remember the Tokyo officer lads were very surprised I was aware of the restaurant when I met with them in the UK late last year.
