Update 9.19 Bugs, Issues & Feedback

Saffr0n: Update about contact list/clan cache issue (XMPPCS):  Found the issue causing incorrect clan designations and rosters not showing member's usernames. This, to some degree, had an effect on the contact list being in an endless sync error.  There is a possible platform issue with the XMPPCS that is being investigated, as well as other possible development issues. I submitted use cases last Thursday and again this morning to the PM that's organizing a fix.
