Gnomon: ^..I agree...:D No offense, Gnomon   None taken! I love dogs. Which is great, because it seems like everyone in Austin has a giant dog or four. I think my friends are already tired of me pointing out all the dogs I see every time we go somewhere :B

DomoSapien: Hey Tankers!
No, don't sound the alarms yet. The Progetto hasn't hit the Premium Shop yet.
But I've got more information about the tank to share with you! Including a sweet tidbit in the article here about how you can get your hands on one of these bad boys soon. (TIL Progetto is a masculine word, not a feminine word in the Italian language)
Also, a pretty cool 2.5 minute video about the vehicle, so make sure you visit the page by clicking on this link!
I've had the pleasure of taking the Progetto out for about 20 battles so far, and I've got to say it's a fun one.
My personal highlights: This thing is a snapshot monster! I was hitting fairly consistent snapshots auto-aiming at MT's a considerable distance away, driving full speed.
I also clipped down some poor guy in an Archer, using the Autoreloader mechanic to its full potential. "Poke, Poke, Poke, Dump" seems to be the way to play, and it feels so good! Stay tuned for more info, folks!

The season will last until May 15, 05:00 PT (May 16, 08:00 ET).     Start times are both squirrel as heck, and lack matching.  Forum post ones are at least lined up start times, but still placing start day till the next day, at least battle wise going off previous LZ prime times usually being 8-11 pm est, not at 1 in morning (so more more or less a start day of Wednesday the 11th).  The webpage ones from the link are copy/pasted above and are different time than posted in the forum post that also potientally changes start date by a day...(if at the 05:00 pst the 10th, that would make battle pop that night instead of the next day like forum post time, but the April 11 08:00 est start time would be battles on the night of the 11th (05:00 pst to 08:00 est right spread, but are a day apart date wise.  Same issue with ending day.  Just FYI

DomoSapien:   You're absolutely right. Looks like they switched the time on me after I made my post. I'm guessing our content guys made the corrections after I pointed out the tier VIII discrepancy, but somehow the fact that the times were incorrect/changed was lost in translation :(

DomoSapien: Honestly, not sure on the exact release date. I can tell you, however, the fact that influencers are out and about streaming with Prosciutto's Progetto's and the fact that I already have one in my garage means it really is coming soon. I just don't know when? Hopefully this month?

DomoSapien: Actually, send me a PM with a link to your channel. I know we're trying to get more involved with small streamers so who knows?

We do have community contributors that we partner with, so it's certainly possible.

DomoSapien:   Emotions will always run high when SPG's are involved. While I have certainly yelled my share of insults at the screen after getting nuked by arty, or followed around all game by the same two SPGs, I can attest to the fact that one does in fact have to learn how to play the class to become such a nuisance.

If I had to pick it would be Nascar, but I hope to see Mario Kart style racing. Is there a safe way for Kyle Busch to get hit with an invisible Blue shell and not cause chaos on the track?  @nub2016
I have not heard of Wakulla Springs, FL. It seems both our home towns have being very small in common.  @kebab6597
My senses tell me that is trap question (server transfers). I will go for the Kobiyashi Maru and say June 31st at 25 O'clock. All news relating to if and when server transfers are happening will be announced ahead of time on our news and forums pages. Much like the ones that recently happened last fall.  @Cornish_Pirate
Why don't you wanna play tanks in NA? Is it cause of me and my life choices with Tanks?  @ElPuffMo
Who doesn't like sitting back and raining hellfire on the weakest part of a Tank? Allows you to Tank and eat at the same time.  @Dealth
I can't read the first question for some reason. XVM doesn't have just one mod it also has Stat tracking and cosmetic UI changes that don't affect the game. Our Developer's are doing the best they can with the Fair Play policy and adding some favorite Mod's. Such as the three circles for range and the alternative Arty view. Kinda meeting our players at the stop light just before half way.  I look forward to seeing everyone in battle! Go Team!

I never wanted to stop doing Tournaments, but circumstances beyond my control forced our hand.  I am now happy to state that we are working on the return of tournaments and will have more details soon™.  Expect some changes to structure and prizing, and we will start slow to give our team time to learn how to properly manage the system.

KRZYBooP: Howdy fellow Boom Jockeys! As it shows below, my name is KRZYBooP. I am part of the new Community Coordinator team for World of Tanks PC. I am a pretty easy going gamer with an occasional visit from the anger sharks when too many of my shots get affected by that good ole' Kentucky Windage; pulling them to anywhere other than landing a hit. To answer your burning questions. I am weird; so fair warning. Where do I hail from?
Originally from the land of Swamp Dragons in a small town where they filmed the Tarzan live action television show. (Florida)Not related to the Florida man that is always in the news, but pretty sure there is logic behind those life choices. Weapon's of Choice?
Mostly I enjoy playing my favorite tank is the 105LeFH18B2. It relaxes me and brings me the most joy while playing tanks. I am starting to drift into Medium/ light tanks more for the flanking aggressive playstyle, but they are 3 and 4 on my list with TD's being 5th. I am very impatient, enjoying blocking shots in heavy tanks as much as flanking. Since I know that paragraph is confusing:
1. Arty
2. Heavy
3. Med
4. Light
5. TDOther games?
When I am not playing World of Tanks I spread my time playing the following games. Monster Hunter World
Guild Wars2
League of Legends
OverwatchGaming Past?
I was raised on Mobile gaming like Super Wario, Pokemon, Kirby's dream land, Metroid, and Starfox. Concluding my post. I look forward to getting to know everyone. If you see me in battle, fair warning that I am a loose cannon and not very good at this game despite playing it for about 3 years. If there is a risk to be taken in the fight I will be the first to jump in and do as much as I can before getting melted. Don't let me die in vain and capitalize on the enemy reload. Any other questions? Why!!!!!    Just kidding ask away.

Jambijon:   Well when I came up with the name I was obsessed with the band Tool some years ago and they have a song called Jambi.  Popped my name on the end of it and kind of liked it.  Also, peewee herman's "HEY JAMBI"

CabbageMechanic: Hey Tankers,
As you may have noticed I have the new team putting up threads in the Staff Corner to introduce themselves, slide on down there to say hello.  We are now officially moved into the new office, and excited to be settled in our new home (I have even gotten to play some World of Tanks the last few days!)  With that in mind, I'd like to answer a few commonly asked questions now that we are more equipped to answer some of them.

When is the Progetto 46 coming out on the NA server?
This will be detailed later this week, keep an eye out.

Are Tournaments ever coming back?
I never wanted to stop doing Tournaments, but circumstances beyond my control forced our hand.  I am now happy to state that we are working on the return of tournaments and will have more details soon™.  Expect some changes to structure and prizing, and we will start slow to give our team time to learn how to properly manage the system.

EU TRANSFERS!?!?!?
I feel your pain and apologize for our silence on this issue.  Unfortunately the reason for it is that we have had no progress to share.  We know there is still demand, especially from those of you in places who have been seriously affected by the move to Central Server, and now that the chaos of moving is (mostly) past we will renew our push to have a transfer window opened.     Tank Rewards? Still on hiatus, we have to be sure we can fill the gap caused by the departure of the lovely Hypnotik (who built Tank Rewards with his bare hands 15 miles uphill both ways in the snow)

That's all for now, I hope all of you are enjoying 1.0.

See you on the Battlefield!

DomoSapien: Lol, already happens!  Especially when I'm driving an unreleased vehicle like the Progetto :P Arty loves to focus new tanks.

DomoSapien:
Oh man, not looking forward to that. I lived in LA during my undergraduate studies so I'm sort of used to the heat, but the humidity is seriously kicking my butt. I didn't move my vehicle with me, just got my bicycle all fixed up but need to get a car ASAP! In the few weeks I've been here I am already feeling the pain of not having a car in TX. I hear San Marcos and San Antonio are good places to find deals on automobiles?

Jambijon: Hello! I’m Jambijon (not my legal name) and I have the pleasure to say i’ve joined WoTPC team as a Community Coordinator! I know, I know its an incredible achievement and I’m amazing, but please, hold the applause (please clap).  I have a little over 2,300 battles, with an average win rate of 53% so I can say with confidence that I was only carried about 80-90% of the time. Without tooting my own horn, I’m somewhat tech savvy so please, feel free to ask me for some troubleshooting tips or advice and I’ll gladly google it for you.  Okay, now that we’ve finished with the pleasantries, we can get down to the nitty gritty with some Q&A.  Don’t worry, I’ve prepared all the questions already. Where are you from?
A little backstory just so I can paint an accurate picture for you.  During the late 1800s, a little town deep into the central valley of California was established named “Monteca” which was later misprinted in the paper as “Manteca” which is the Spanish translation of lard.  I’m from lard. What’s your favorite tank?
Heavy: T110E5
Med: Huge fan of the Mutz, KR, and Cromwell B tied for 1st.  Also starting to love the M48A5 Patton (THAT TURRET ARMOR)LT: AMX 1390 TD: T110E4SPG: French? Need that reload speed in my life. How is your hair so perfect? There’s just some things you can’t teach or explain. Favorite video game? Being the tactical genius I am, it’s only natural I would be a master at The Sims. Just kidding.Jokes aside, I would have to say Starcraft, the XCom series, and the Halo series (even after the questionable sequels).  Also, have you played the Witcher series?  Is it true you have the pick of destiny or are you just that talented on the guitar?A musician never reveals his secrets.
Okay, so what are you playing right now?I can definitely say I’ve caught the battle royal bug.  Fortnite and PUBG have been occupying most of my time lately, but I always go back to my Starcraft or XCom. What’s one of your best memories involving World of Tanks? That one time I tracked a light tank speeding across a bridge which caused them to spin off the edge to fall to their DOOM.  Yeah, that felt good, real good. Though I do joke around sometimes, I assure you that I take my job very seriously and will do everything in my power to best assist you and the community as a whole.  So, in the end let’s have some fun, play some video games, and remember to be awesome to one another.  Pretty simple stuff, and of course, feel free to reach out to me!  Especially if you want to carry me in some random battles. Also, here's my dragon.  Her names Yakul:

DomoSapien:
Never really a forum "regular" persay. I've made some posts here and there in official capacity when I was working in Customer Support. I also play WoT almost every day, so not joking when I said you've probably seen me whining about bad deployment in chat ;)

I was quite active on Facebook when Customer Support was participating in the comments on our posts, so you might have seen me there as well.

Honestly, I was apprehensive but Austin is absolutely awesome so far! The weather can't seem to make up its mind, but other than that, it's seriously cool here. Everything is so cheap compared to California! (2.20 for a gallon of gas versus the 3.45 I'm used to paying in CA)
