vuque:   Türkiye'de iken Fransa'ya belge yollamam gerekmişti ve hızlı olsun diye kargo firmalarına bakmıştım, sadece belge için bile 80-90 lira para istemişlerdi. Sonrasında PTT'den gönderimi büyük bir zarf içerisinde 5-10 liraya yapmıştım ve 3 gün içerisinde ulaşmıştı.   Dediğim gibi PTT'ye bakmakta fayda var.

vuque:   Bu kadar tutmaması lazım. Özel kargo şirketleri yerine PTT'den fiyat almanızı tavsiye edebilirim. Tabii ki göndereceğiniz şeyin boyutuna ve ağırlığına göre bu fiyat değişebilir, pek tabii oldukça büyük bir şey gönderiyorsanız 100 lira ve üzeri tutabilir.

Ectar:   No he didn't get any special treatment.   Anyone who has a different "Member since" date on the forums to their "Account created" date on the portal can contact customer support to get flagged for the correct mission/emblem.  This is because the "Account Created" date was reset with the wipe from Beta to Release.  The "Member since" date found on the forums for those players is the correct date.   No need to start calling people names when you don't have the full picture. This is how bad internet rumours start.

Ectar:   Going back almost 5 years ago, Overlord was initially the Community Manager for WoT when it was our only product, we only really covered English and it was a fledgling community run out of the Minsk office. When the EU office was established we went with support across initially 6 EU languages (Turkey came later), Overlord still posted on the EU forums but when he did he only really cherry picked random the questions in the Q&A thread. During that entire time we had zero communication with him. To this day I've still never spoken to him verbally or electronically. Not long after the EU office was set up, Overlord moved over to the World of Warplanes team as a Producer.   The Q&A thread in that format couldn't continue, it would go weeks at a time without replies and with the other language teams becoming larger, there was then questions regarding why there was no German Q&A or no Polish Q&A or why didn't we translate it for all languages etc etc. We tried to do one for a while with a Producer but simply gathering questions from all 7 teams, filtering them, sending them off for replies etc took way too much time.  Whilst I'd love to have something like the Q&A thread still active, it's a huge time sink for realistically very little return. You only need to read the RU forums to see how frustrated Storm sometimes gets with the questions and the attitude directed at him (not to mention the repeat questions on topics covered time and time again).  

Ectar:   I didn't give you the legal dept address because your issue wasn't something they could help with. Your issue was with customer support and that's the only team that could resolve that specific query for you. The legal dept isn't an appeal system for when you're unhappy with a CS response.

Note that this only applies to players who have a different "member since" date on the forums to their "account created" date on the portal. If you did the lesser missions first please be aware that CS will remove the token/reward when they enable the correct one. You're not able to double dip I'm afraid.   I would have posted this information on the forums also yesterday but didn't see any threads asking the issue (if there is/was, I apologize for missing them).   I can assure you if CS give EN contributors special treatment, I'll be having some harsh words with people. I am a strong advocate for everyone being treated fairly and I make sure that the contributors know they are not above regular players when it comes to our policies (and before people bring it up, I can't control what happened with other language teams).    Please don't use Contributors like this claiming they get/got different service.  Anyone who made a ticket about the different portal and forums dates regarding the emblems should have been assisted by Customer Support and if someone was "fobbed off" I want to know about it and I'll get that fixed.

Azkolek: Permettez-moi de clarifier un peu le bouzin.   Fin mars, l'équipe communautaire (Rhaya, Tanatoy et moi donc) a reçu la confirmation d'un budget spécial à proposer aux Contributeurs de la communauté voulant organiser des activités autour du 5e anniversaire de World of Tanks, histoire de répandre un peu de joie et de bonne humeur sur notre communauté bien-aimée, célébrer le jeu et les joueurs pour ces 5 années passées ensemble.   Nous avons fait l'annonce aux contribs le 31 mars, en leur précisant toute une série de règles à suivre pour s'assurer du bon déroulement des activités. Sauf que, comme à chaque fois, il y aura toujours quelqu'un pour avoir quelque chose à redire.   Pour avoir validé leur proposition d'activité, je vous promettre que Pupajim et Kirgwa sont tout ce qu'il y a de bonne foi sur ce genre d'événement. Oui il y a eu des M-ES parmi les vainqueurs, et alors ? Vous ne suivez pas les streamers/youtubers de votre clan ? Quant au déroulement de la soirée, forcément, il y aura toujours des forcenés collés au clavier et au taquet du live pour répondre rapidement, d'autres connaissant le jeu sous toutes ses coutures et qui ne feront aucune erreur : c'est le jeu !      Plutôt que de priver qui que ce soit de participer à une activité, nous préférons que les activités restent ouvertes à tous et faisons entièrement confiance aux contributeurs pour savoir rester impartiaux et objectifs. Pour ceux qui tentent leur chance, ça serait bien d'adhérer aux mêmes lignes de conduite aussi et de savoir se montrer bon perdant !   Les 2 soirées stream de Kirgwa et Pupa ne sont pas les seules occasions pour repartir avec un petit cadeau pour les 5 ans de WoT : lisez les articles sur le portail, suivez la page Facebook de World of Tanks et gardez un oeil sur Twitter ! Diversifiez vos canaux, vous multiplierez vos chances   Mais quoiqu'il en soit, restez fair-play, constructifs et surtout mesurés dans vos propos, le règlement est toujours là (et la modo toujours prête), ça serait dommage de gâcher cette occasion.   Je tiens à remercier Kirgwa, Pupajim et les autres pour ce genre d'activité, qui même si elles peuvent déchaîner les passions ont le mérite de créer de l'animation au sein de la communauté, et merci à tous les passionnés qui y prennent part avec enthousiasme, qu'ils repartent bredouilles ou décrochent le gros lot !

Ectar:   I'm going to have to ask you to clarify how you feel your question should be better managed. - For example do you feel that every question from a player should be answered by a developer? Or do you feel that every question from a player should be forwarded onto the devs where you still don't have a guaranteed of an answer? Before answering that another thing to consider is excluding possibly thousands of questions from other players, why should your question/suggestion take priority over all the other questions that others players may want answered directly from a developer? - Finally what was your question/suggestion? It might be something I can help with. Bear in mind also that a developer spending a few hours every day on the forums answering questions, is not working on the things players are suggesting/complaining about in the 1st place.   Dev interaction is great in any community. What WoT players need to remember however is that WoT is the reverse of any normal western company where English speaking players are the majority.  With World of Tanks RU speaking players are the majority. It's a harsh reality and not something people like to hear, but it is what it is. It's at least 5 Russian speaking players to 1 English speaking player.   Take any other western game where the main playerbase is English (League of Legends, World of Warcraft as examples) - Find all the developer posts in English for those games and then find all the developer posts in their 2nd biggest language. You'll see it's a difficult task.   I get the frustration from English speaking players in WoT. Really I do and I wish we could do more to share info across all regions at the same time.  Lots of things are changing internally this year and hopefully that's something we can work towards.  Contrary to internet rumors having a lot of our senior staff working together in Cyprus is working out amazing for us and there is lots of cool stuff on the horizon.    

Ectar:   The primary role of any customer service facing department is realistically "first time resolution". Answering queries quickly when you're not resolving them is a self generating problem which will never bring down any queues or help with customer satisfaction.  First time resolution however doesn't always mean that that the customer gets what they want. That's an impossible and unrealistic expectation for any company or consumer as in multiple situations you're going to have people asking for something they're not entitled to, or the issue isn't something the customer support can assist with directly.   Our support team will always do their best to help players but sadly sometimes there is limits to what they can and can't do.

Ectar:   Premium ammo and premium credits can both be bought with in-game credits.  You don't need gold for that and you don't need a premium account for your score as it's the base EXP that's used.

Bigger doesn't equal best.  Sadly when it comes to doing creative contests the judgement of winners will always be something where everyone has a different opinion (which is part of the reason why creative style contests are avoided now).  We'll make sure as many people within the community team give their feedback, it's not like just 1 or 2 people will be judging the winners.

Berbo:   At the moment we can message but the whole server, and I don't think 100k players need to know about the tournament issue. Until we fix our TMS messaging, we'll not be sending them that way but we hope to have this feature soon.
