Almathora:   Mein Enthusiasmus rührt da her, dass ich mich im Team sehr wohlfühle und mich auf meine Aufgaben freue, was die Hauptsache ist. Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass ich mich natürlich auf meine CCs verlasse, und umgekehrt.   Natürlich hab' ich nicht vor, irgendwen zu enttäuschen, aber darin steckt sehr viel subjektive Wahrnehmung verschiedener Individuen in der Community. Niemand weiß das besser, als ihr! Ihr könnt auf jeden Fall darauf zählen, dass ich meinen Job gut machen will, ob das Resultat dann immer jedem Einzelnen gleich gut gefällt ist die Frage, bei der ich den Enthusiasmus dann tatsächlich etwas zurückhalte, denn das Glücksbärchi-Lied ist leider nicht in jedem Lebensbereich die Begleitmusik. Aber verlasst euch darauf, dass ich genauso mein Bestes gebe, wie jeder andere im Team auch!

Kayi4ek:   Jednoduchá rada, smaž XVM a nebudeš muset řešit šanci na výhru, která je totálně irelevantní. I fialka ti může prodat v prvních dvou minutách bitvy, když jí přepne a tvoje skvělá šance na výhru před bitvou je k ničemu

Almathora: Da ich jetzt nun einmal da bin, können wir genauso gut alle gleich miteinander klarkommen, darum danke ich erst mal denen unter euch, denen zu danken ist (Job-Vergeber inklusive für die Einführung der Quote für unqualifizierte Frauen, ohne die ich es im Leben natürlich nicht mal über die Straße schaffen würde, das ist ganz klar).   Kinder, Kinder, ich freu mich auf das Heckmeck!

Almathora: Sooooooooo, Ich stell’ mich mal kurz vor: Ich bin Eva „Almathora“ und die neue Community-Managerin für den deutschsprachigen Bereich bei Wargaming. Damit ich euch ein bisschen mehr vorstellen könnt, als meine (miserablen) Statistiken, die ihr vielleicht stalken werdet, erzähl‘ ich ein bisschen über mich: Ich bin 28, komme aus Baden-Württemberg, habe Literatur und Medien studiert, viel im Kulturbereich und zuletzt in der Kommunikation bei einer Online-Plattform gearbeitet, bevor ich jetzt in den sehr coolen Wargaming-Kader aufgenommen wurde. Gaming-Erfahrung: Bisher eher Rollenspiele, aber solange ein Spiel mein mesolimbisches System direkt anspricht, bin ich dabei (sonst wär‘ ich ja nicht hier).  World of Tanks war das erste Spiel, das ich bei Wargaming ausprobiert habe, aber ich bin noch recht „grün“. Wenn ihr also Vorschläge für Anfänger-Panzer habt, her damit! Je schneller ich mich auskenne, umso besser! Wir sehen uns dann in den Spielen, Foren, auf unseren Kanälen und Offline-Events! Eva

vuque:   Öncelikle öneriniz için teşekkürler, önerinizi ilgili yerlere ilettiğimden emin olabilirsiniz ancak bu noktada sizin cevap almanız gereken bir şey ne yazık ki bulunmamaktadır, kaldı ki belirttiğiniz üzere cevap verilmesini talep ediyorsunuz ancak her talep eden kişiye cevap verilecek diye bir durum ne yazık ki söz konusu değildir. Siz olaya sadece kendi açınızdan bakıyorsunuz maalesef, bir öneri yaptım neden cevap almıyorum diyorsunuz ancak bir de bizim yerimizde olduğunuzu düşünün. Haftada onlarca bu şekilde teklif/öneri/geri bildirim alıyoruz/okuyoruz, her birine tek tek cevap vermeye kalksak zaman yeter mi? İşimiz gereği bu okuduklarımızı süzgeçten geçirip uygun gördüklerimizi gerekli yerlere iletiyoruz ve eğer gerekli yerlerden bir cevap gelirse o cevabı sizlerle paylaşıyoruz. Bu noktada tepki vermenizin sebebinin "umursanmamak" olduğunu düşündüğünüzü görebiliyorum ve sizi bir noktaya kadar anlayabiliyorum ancak sonrasındaki üslubunuz ve mesajlarınız ne yazık ki hoş değil.   Saygılar,

vuque:   Cevap verilmesi gereken bir şey yazarsanız yüksek ihtimalle (arada sırada gözümüzden kaçan şeyler olabiliyor tabii ki, bu durumlar haricinde) cevap alırsınız. Cevap almıyorsanız demek ki yüksek ihtimalle cevap verilmesine lüzum görülmemiştir.   Saygılar,

Kayi4ek:   Tak samozřejmě, ale vždy musíš mít v zásobě tu první pozici, ze které jsi schopný udělat initial spot a nastřílet nějákou dmg. Ta pozice pro tebe musí být strategicky výhodná, abys byl schopný reagovat na situaci a aby tě nepřátelé neodřízli hned v prvních minutách. Zrovna u Overlordu to je střed, kde si můžeš spotnout enemy tanky, které buď kempí na bázi nebo jednou ne "zelenou". Párkrát do nich vastřelíš, pokud se ti spotne někdo iniciativní na středu, tak ho rozstřílíš a pokračuješ tam, kde je tě potřeba. Ale nikdy, opakuju nikdy nejedu na pláž, protože v té pozici jsi totálně zabitý. Výjezdy z pláže se dají vždy ubránit ze středu. U všech map musíš vědět, která pozice na mapě je strategicky důležitá a o ostatní věci se vůbec nestaráš. Pokud jí neobsadíš, můžeš dělat co chceš, ale dostaneš se do křížové palby. Téměř na každé mapě tato pozice existuje. Například na Opatství by se měli lidi naučit, že východní koridor je k ničemu, protože z něj neubráníš bázi, ale lidi tam stejně budou jezdit. A mohl bych jmenovat další mapy. A další pravidlo, kterým se řídím a docela to funguje. nikdy se nespoléhej na vlastní tým
