Quemapueblos: I just found out that the dates were shifted for tier 7 to included
today after we lost some days for the patch downtime. Very sorry I
didn't get this out to everyone sooner. I think I've updated all
places to reflect the correct dates now. If anyone finds anything
saying tier 8 starts today instead of tomorrow please send me a
message. Other than that, the adjustments for the Canadian/US
geography screw up and the missing turns from this morning should
be updated.
Good luck tonight folks!

Tzimon, on Jun 27 2013 - 17:42, said: Quemapueblos, currently you are required to play 5 battles to
qualify for a reward as a top 5 stage winner. For an
active clan of 100 people, it would take about 4 battles every
night for the entire 10 day stage to be able to qualify for this
reward, a number that imo is unrealistic. Is there any way we can
petition or appeal to the Devs that this number be lowered to 2-3
battles per stage so that very active clans aren't forced to choose
who on their rosters gets left out of the prize? While I agree that
there should be some form of barrier to prevent inactive players
from receiving a reward for clan activity. I think the
bar is set way too high atm.

Unfortunately, my guess the respnse would be that we don't want to start changing rules mid way through the competition. That will cause more drama and good, but possibly in the future it is something we can consider. Sorry I can't give you much more information than that.

resemblance to a historical setting. They aren't necessarily high
tiered. As far as skirmishes, it's anything goes.

Personally, I've played shooters and RTS and MMOs of many varieties, and find both immature and pleasant people in all of them. The first female players I remember getting to know outside of the text-based games were members of the Frag Dolls and PMS clans in the first person shooters. :) Graphical MMOs came later for me, after the free to play wave started.

Quemapueblos: No problem, I actually replied to a similar question that might
illuminate most questions about rewards:
The system will do the following checks at the end of the entire campaign:
First, it will check what Clans qualified for any rewards.
Second it will look at the current roster(this is at the end of the event!).
Third check if anyone from the current roster qualified for any rewards.
Finally distribute the rewards.
So what does that all mean for you:
Basically, if you are NOT in your clan at the end of the event when the system does its check for winners, you will NOT receive your rewards.
What if you leave and come back before the end of the event?
Since it checks the roster at the end of the event, it will check if you are on the current roster (Yes, if you join back). Then will check if you qualified any rewards (Say you did) and give you the appropriate rewards.
TLDR; The system for rewards checks the current roster at the end of the entire event and does NOT know if you leave after you qualify and come back before the check.

Major_Rampage: Howdy Tankers!
On June 28th I will be leading my team of ruffians across the field of battle, in the much anticipated (I am looking at you Allurai) Champion Tank Companies. From 15:00 - 18:00 PDT I will lead my team across the field of battle. A win will earn you 600 gold, and a loss will earn you 300, but there is no reward for draw.

As always if you are streaming on Twitch TV while facing us, and you send me a link to your stream (with the time in the stream you faced us), you will earn double your winnings.
