Trevzor: It's a shame that you are feeling this way about your tanks. I have
dumped hundreds of games into my 26 and now find it to be more of a
troll tank than ever. That AP shell means that you are usually hit
for 100+ damage, seeing tier twos is almost unfair, yes the HE
blows now, but that is life. It is a laser death machine, you just
need to be patient.
As for your 704 story, that seems suspect with no replay. Two BL-10 strikes and only 50 damage and track damage sounds nigh on impossible. Especially on a T-50.
In my opinion the game just got more skill based, not RNG based. Because of this there no more hope the speed will save or the thought that "hey, I'm 99% behind this rock there's no way they'll get me!" Now you need to cover smarter, scout smarter, and target smarter or you will be decimated.

CatStalker: The only way for the "average" win rate to drop is for there to be
more draws. With the absence of draws, the win rate of every game
is 50%.

Hypnotik: 1 - The player wouldn't be eligible to receive the M60 from that
stage if that player wasn't in the clan (or didn't reach 5
battles). In order for a player to earn the M60, they must be in
the clan during that stage and participate in the required number
of battles for that stage. The player can still qualify for the M60
if their clan qualifies again in a later stage or the top 30
overall in the campaign.
2 - Yes, they count for both.
