DomoSapien:   They actually know quite a bit about tech support, though, folks just get frustrated because our process involves first going through steps that may seem silly like "update your drivers" and "remove your mods".

At times tech support is more art than science, without being physically present in front of your machine there is a degree of 'flinging spaghetti at the wall and hoping one of the piece sticks" involved.

Also I worked in CS for two years and I've been playing since 2012, so I know a good amount.

KRZYBooP: Howdy Boom Jockies!  I have been goaling it up in the TrackBall mode reliving my days in P.E.  GOOOOOOOO Greeennnnnnnn Team! This time however, with out hands and angled armor that doesn't stop a giant ball from rolling/bouncing over you. Sorry any team I was on for not being able to use my hands to stop the ball or my best timed shots landed behind the ball launching it back into my goal. DomoSapien: Having worked in support for 2 years, my best advice to you would be the following: Be as clear and informative as possible in your initial ticket. 

"I picked the right team but didn't get anything" doesn't really give the CSR much to work with. To be clear, they are supporting ALL our products, not just world of tanks. CSR's try their best to be up-to-date on all the current goings-on, but being pretty vague in your question and then getting upset because they didn't know specifically what you're referring to isn't going to get your question answered.

My recommendation for a response would have been: "I'm not talking about a battle, I'm talking about the bonus code event where you pick the winning team for the World Cup matches."    As for the codes, they will be credited to your account at a later time, because it takes some time after the matches conclude to get the codes activated and credited.

DomoSapien: Here's how I made the T-10 work back when it was the IS-8: If your mediums are going somewhere that doesn't require you to have gun depression, go with your mediums. If not, go with your heavies, but try to grab a flank position with hard cover.

Wait for the enemy to engage your main heavy push, and hit them from the side after they fire. You can also bait them into turning their turrets towards you, exposing their sides to your main push. Essentially your role should be harassing the enemy team until they get frustrated and make mistakes. You can employ the same tactics for your 277.

I'm still trying to get a feel for mine, I've only played a few in the 277 so far and my only gripe is that I wish it had about 50-100 more alpha damage per shot. The T-10's gun feels much punchier for its tier.

It's surprisingly hard to hit from a decent range with that tiny profile.

MeatheadMilitia:   I agree, I wish hitting the ball with your tank gave it a bit more of a nudge.    As far as XP given during the mode, I don't have a Dev response, but my guess would be because we wanted to give you a little something for playing the mode. 

MeatheadMilitia: Aside from picking one that will be a good crew trainer.    With the recent buffs, the Lowe is a solid premium right now and would recommend it.    I used to not hate seeing them in battle...I now hate seeing them in battle.

Felipe6666Original: ¡Saludos, tanquistas!   En el día de hoy, ingresa al Supertest el tercer vehículo polaco de transición: el 53TP Markowskiego, un tanque pesado de nuvel VIII. Se ubica entre los medianos de nivel VI–VII y los más lentos, pero con mejor blindaje, pesados de nivel IX–X.     El blindaje del 53TP es bastante sólido para su nivel, y excelente comparado con el de sus predecesores. Sin embargo, no te protegerá del daño frontal de los niveles IX–X. Este tanque es más bien de transición: su torreta es sólida, pero su chasis es mediocre (solo te protegerá de los disparos de vehículos de menor nivel).     Con -8° de depresión de cañón, el 53TP se desempeña bien utilizando el terreno a su favor, lo que le permite hacer uso de las posiciones más ventajosas (y a veces de las más inusuales también).     Equiparemos al 53TP con un cañón de 122 mm capaz de ocasionar 420 puntos de daño alfa, lo que está un poco por debajo de la media de otros pesados de nivel VIII con cañónes de calibres similares.     Un buen daño alfa y un buen ángulo de depresión de cañón serán las características pricipales de los polacos de nivel alto. A pesar de que otros parámetros del 53TP son bastante estándares, son suficientes para convertir a este tanque en un buen peso pesado.     ¿Cómo jugar con el 53TP Markowskiego? Hay muchas maneras de hacerlo, pero la más eficiente es posicionarse en terrenos con desniveles y sacar provecho del blindaje sólido de la torreta. Sus 420 puntos de daño alfa lastiman a cualquier enemigo (incluyendo a pesados) y su tiempo de recarga no es tan largo. El 53TP puede desempeñarse bien tanto en en terreno abierto como en terreno urbano; es un vehículo con una que otra habilidad.     Las pruebas del Supertest determinarán qué tan eficiente es este tanque polaco y cuán agradable es su estilo de juego. De acuerdo a los resultados, revisaremos sus parámetros e incluso su rol. Les haremos saber nuestra decisión.   ¡Mucha suerte en el campo de batalla!
