June 11th Server Issue Compensation

DomoSapien:   They actually know quite a bit about tech support, though, folks just get frustrated because our process involves first going through steps that may seem silly like "update your drivers" and "remove your mods".

At times tech support is more art than science, without being physically present in front of your machine there is a degree of 'flinging spaghetti at the wall and hoping one of the piece sticks" involved.

Also I worked in CS for two years and I've been playing since 2012, so I know a good amount.
