Overlord: The reasoning behind this is that T29 is substantially better in
terms of battle performance than the other 2 tier 7 heavies, even
its "post-patch" edition. Vehicles are balanced not accoring to
their performance specs displayed in hangar, but [mostly] on the
basis of performance data generated by players that we gather.

As for the JagdTiger, isn't it a bit much? The main problems for it was the armour/mantlet and camo. I like the damage and ROF the way it is now. Maybe just better penetration? The increase of speed is welcomed though.
