reasoning behind the T29 RoF nerf. Not ONCE have you replied to
this myriad of posts of players having concern / feedback.
The T29's 105mm is a smaller Caliber gun, using lighter ammo, has two loaders, and a larger turret for increased space for said loaders.
The IS's 122mm is a LARGER caliber gun, using HEAVIER ammo, has ONE loader, and a SMALLER turret creating cramp conditions.
Yet, low and behold, in the magical land these Devs live in, the 122mm on the IS is actually faster firing than the 105mm on the T29, despite being completely ILLOGICAL and down right IMPOSSIBLE.
What is the reasoning behind this?

Overlord: The reasoning behind this is that T29 is substantially better in
terms of battle performance than the other 2 tier 7 heavies, even
its "post-patch" edition. Vehicles are balanced not accoring to
their performance specs displayed in hangar, but [mostly] on the
basis of performance data generated by players that we gather.
