Tanitha: The NA server peak is ~30,000. So no, there wasn't 40,000 on-line the night you joined, unless you played your first night on the EU server.
There has been ~24k online every night regularly.
While NA's peak numbers aren't as high as Europe, the NA server caters to an international player base on a large range of timezones. Where as EU are mostly all online in peak Eu times.
For example: NA server numbers are a lot higher on NA off peak times than EU server numbers are in Eu peak times for example.

2. The game crash issue effecting some players has been addressed within 7.5, you can check this out on the public test server if you wish.
Now we are working on a hotfix to help those few affected players before 7.5 is released.
3. Its a ever evolving on-line game, Improving things like the matchmaker, cant come without tweaks and balances on a tank level.
4. The matchmaker received some major adjustments for 7.5, to follow on from the adjustments in 7.4
5. 0 damage hits is something which imo could still be improved. but some of these issues come from tracks being hit which doesn't damage the tank.
And also spaced armor, IE multi levels of armoring. So its possible to penetrate the first or second level of armor, without penetrating the tank itself.

GeneralDirection: Anything is possible if it makes sense. The current tech trees are just what is in the pipeline right now--not any "wish list" or "far-reaching" stuff.

GeneralDirection: Right now the name has changed to Gran Camino, but that is of course tentative as well. I don't have an update on its implementation, though. It's still in development.

GeneralDirection: We would have to significantly revamp crew transfers if it was easier to skill up in low tier vehicles than in higher tiers, since you could simply move a crewman from one to the other by retraining. So we probably won't do something like that.
But we are looking at ways of speeding up crew skill advancement, now that there are so many skills. We agree it's too tedious right now.

GeneralDirection: Sure: the shot penetrated the tank in a way that did not hit any internal modules or crew members. It was able to create an exit hole that allowed it to hit something behind it. Unfortunately that hit on the ally did hit something that caused damage.

GeneralDirection: No, that is what Tanitha and the rest of the NA team are for. You are being "directly heard" but the reality is most of the game designers do not speak English--or very little--and so they prefer to communicate in a language they are comfortable with speaking. So we compile feedback and the team in Minsk translates it before sending it to the design team.

It appears to have only been announced to the SEA server on Friday the 13th.

- Reworked Matchmaking for majority of vehicles. Normally players won't see vehicles +/- 2 Tier to the Tier of his vehicle
