A: To participate, you must log in to World of Tanks on the North American cluster and play at least five (5) battles between December 20 and December 31, 2012 at 11:59PM PST (the program period), and have a tier 10 vehicle in your garage at the end of the program. This is all you need to do to meet the eligibility criteria.
From the quote above, does this mean...that I have to play 5 battles between 20 Dec to 30 Dec 2012 only at 11:59pm PST each day?
What does the 11:59pm PST refer to? (The start time of this event on 20 Dec 2012?) Thanks for your replies in advance.

GeneralDirection: You can play your battles any time of day. 11:59PM PST refers to the time of day on December 31 when the program ends.

Cool on the promotion guys.
Everyone should relax as the success of this program would be expanded to other players outside of the tier 10 tank requirments. Im not staying calm because i own tier tens and am available to get a t-shirt, im just trying to save the aggrivation that everyone seems to be taking out on WoT Employee's as a result of not reading everything clearly.
Just saying folks... dont neg me because of this post as ive no intention to piss anyone off.
Good day to you ladies and gents.

GeneralDirection: We'll make the voting available soon. It'll be before the end of the program and will run until January 10. At that point we'll announce the winning design and begin working on fulfillment of t-shirts.

Mugsy_: Hey Veremus,
There are 100 sheriffs, all played by individual people. They will have varying styles, techniques, and skills. Some will play recklessly  ensuring gold for the other team, some will play to their best ability and help their team battle to victory, some will avoid being destroyed as long as they can.
The sheriffs represent a fun opportunity and an interesting change of pace. But not a guarantee that you will see a sheriff every battle or that you will be able to defeat a sheriff when you see them. Just as with any battle, the burden is on you to find and destroy your enemies.
You are describing one battle and one sheriff and your understanding of the events in that moment - then making it a blanket statement about the event and sheriffs. I understand you are disappointed and I hope you are able to encounter and kill many sheriffs during this event. Some will be easier and some will be harder. That's the human element of this event. I hope it is fun for those who participate.
Happy Holidays.

Is there anyway we can report sheriffs for unfair play?
This event is supposed to be about WGNA giving back to their player base, and I just witnessed a sheriff survive a battle... because that's... all he did. He tried to fight, nearly died, then just ran away and hid.
Is that... allowed?

Mugsy_: Sometimes you'll be able to kill the sheriff and other times not. They are real people playing. It is their right to try to help the team they are on win.
That's not unfair play. I hope you are able to take out the next one you meet. Good luck.

Reading the above it does not say you have to play 5 battles in a tier10. Its says play at least 5 battles between the time frame and have a tier10 in garage. I have 7 tier10s, can I just play my M4 Sherman 5 times to qualify?

GeneralDirection: You can play the battles in any vehicles you see fit.

This is all you need to do to meet the eligibility criteria.

You then say with the code, we'll be able to "proceed with acquiring" it, what does this include? Paying shipping? Or is it actually free?

GeneralDirection: We are covering shipping.

GeneralDirection: Tier VIII SPGs are not included in this particular program. As we mention in the FAQ, the program is a test and once we've evaluated the results we'll also consider expanding it or create new programs based on it.

GeneralDirection: You can play as many battles as you want (I encourage it considering the events going on--5x first victory and 3x crew experience are sweet, sweet bonuses), you just have to play a minimum of five battles to be eligible.

Quote Q: What will we receive for meeting the eligibility criteria?
A: For players who meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a limited edition World of Tanks JINX t-shirt. The final design of the t-shirt will be voted on by the World of Tanks community.

Hypnotik: This alludes to it being free of charge (in that we'll receive it for matching the eligibility, not that we gain the ability to purchase it for being eligible).
