really no need. The leagues and points within each league will rank
those teams on a weekly basis.
There is no way to apply an elo score to your team once a tournament begins. This prohibits teams from picking and choosing scores that favor them, after the fact.

and I was missing a crew member so I cannibalized one off another tank that was a bit further behind so thats why the slacker in crew skill..

all get back to 100% first .. then start working out all the who is
