There are 2 things that people are getting confused between:

EVERY single battle this weekend earns normal xp for the tank and that is what shows in the battle summary, BUT the crew get 3x as much xp as they normally would have.
e.g.
If your tank earns 1,000 xp then each crewman will receive 3,000 xp.  If you have 'accelerated crew training' enabled then whichever crewman has the least xp will get an extra 3,000 for a total of 6,000 xp.
