Please note that flooding the Support system with tickets during non open-transfer periods will not get you anywhere. You will receive a stock answer. The Support personnel are simply working with our policies and procedures on this matter.
We understand that you would like open transfers-- your concerns have been heard, and passed along. As such, we will be closing this thread up.

Jewel_Thief: This is all fine and dandy, but yes, as Solono mentioned above:  I receive upwards of 80-120 PMs a day... As you can imagine-- you have a much better chance of getting a prompt response by filing a Support ticket. (Since there is an entire team of Support folks, and only a few folks who are moderators in our forums.) You are welcome to PM any one of us at any time-- but again, we may not always be able to get back to you promptly. :(

The Standard battle mode will be used for this tournament. Tier & Point Limits
With a maximum of 6 players per battle, a team (maximum 9 players per team) must field a selection of tanks based on the below, maximum tier limits.Heavy: 6
Medium: 7
TD: 6
Light: 6
SPG: 3
26 point limit
No Duplicate Tanks

Jewel_Thief: The ~modname thing was removed to present a united front, since we all work from the same rulesets/policies/procedures. There is accountability in that each action is logged by the system. There is a procedure for appealing your warnings/restrictions-- this is to send a ticket into Support.
No one has GMs/Mods on speed dial. Again, if you have an issue with the moderation here, please submit a ticket to Support. They will take a look at the particular situation.

Jewel_Thief: Nudity/human sexuality is prohibited on our servers. Our EULA clearly states that we allow minors on our servers (13+), and as such, we have rules about this. You ALL agreed to these rules.

Jewel_Thief: If you have a complaint about the moderation, please submit a ticket to Support. This is the official procedure-- it's listed in the Forum Rules.

Jewel_Thief: We just recently added a bunch of staff for chat/forum moderation. But there are always going to be MANY MANY more of you than there are of us. :P
