Your chart in the bottom looks off because the categories are different "widths," meaning you're deliberately making the chart go higher on the outsides by including a larger spread of win chances. Also, your criteria for what is "balanced" is restrictive in the extreme. I would consider anything between 45-55% as really good, and 40-45% and 55-60% as fine.

He marks tanks all the time, using only AP. He plays all sorts of tanks, instead of what a try hard find themselves driving, or wouldn't be caught dead seen in.

Draschel: I love it. Switched it on immediately, when it went live. Have not looked back. It feels alot better when its on. Obviously its difficult to logically track, but it through wisdom in playing the game, feels better. I am not ridiculing you, telling the fact as it is. There is plenty of merit behind it. You won't feel "anonymized" if you stay in tier V 3 marking tanks against SA bots, to which aren't people in the first place. On a side note, world of tanks bot modernization was a start, but just a start and no where near enough. I hope many more changes to bot improvement come in the future

Draschel: I think it has been a great patch. 1.13 has been one of the better patches yetBut I think they buffed kreslavsky, T95 Chieftain, ISU 130 too much, and instead buffed T92 too little. Got to spread out that balance evenly, or as near even as possible. Not just in lumps.

Draschel: The HE still works.Just no more freebies, shooting a tank barrel 2m away from the tank body, or track links at 75 degree angle, for 250 damage.Shooting at IS7 turret, or Chieftain turret, with HE will still produce damage - as long as you don't hit the gun shield or gun - where 317 HEAT wouldn't.
