Why Does MM Keep Stacking Teams?

How do i do more dpg and xp per game playing the same tiers and lose 7 to 9 percent more games. Random means you might lose 5 nights in a row but you should win 5 nights in a row too but i have not won more then 2 nights in a row in years but i have lost up to 32 days in a row or have a 10 to 30 percent winrate over a month . That isnt how random is supposed to work . You just dont always lose in random system or lose 28 out of 30 days for 2 years its not possible in a random system . And i know bc of my clan and these forums im far from alone with having this issue .
