Further development needs regarding the game tutorial are being discussed.

1) Вы негативно относитесь к хорошей стате? В подписи у Вас приведена стата, предполагаю, что Вам она небезразлична.
2) Вы часто встречаете клан РГ на полях сражений? Мне удалось лишь пару раз и встречи были весьма интересными, никакой грубости, никакого хамства.
3) Сколько дуэлей Вы сыграли с Вашим оппонентом? Для исключения рандомности предлагаю хотя бы пару десятков.

Nous ne révélons jamais le contenu d'une offre plus de 24h00 à l'avance, et cela ne changera vraisemblablement pas, désolé. Cela dit comme il est dit plus haut, le calendrier publié en chaque début de mois vous permet de savoir quand nos offres sont prévus, donc si vous voulez être prudent, vous pouvez attendre que l'offre soit détaillée avant de faire vos achats.

I would have recommended you cleared cookies but I see you have already tried that, maybe you could run a virus checker and or make sure if you are running windows firewall it is allowing access to the net.
However if none of these things work maybe you should contact support here, I am more than sure they will be able to help you with your problems.

We appreciate your feedback, but please try be a little more positive.
The packages are not meant to be discounted in game items,it gives the chance from time to time for players to acquire rare tanks and also the chance to make a friend happy by sending a gift.
So all in all they are simply a package deal where you can attain multiple items in one bundle for you or a friend.
Some people like them some don't unfortunately its hard to please everyone

Obirian: Doch, diese Vorbesteller Pakete wurden damit beworben, dass man sie nie wieder erhalten kann. Man hat also Excluvisität gekauft. Jenes müssen wir respektieren, auch wenn ich diese Panzer noch so gerne wieder anbieten würde.
Der Tetrarch war ein Geschenk an unsere Spieler und nun benutzen wir ihn erneut, um Spieler zu belohnen.
Es ist also doch ein erheblicher  Unterschied.

Obirian: Dieser Panzer wird nicht verkauft. Es gibt ihn als Zulage für Spieler, die eine beträchtliche Summe für das Paket hinlegen und wir möchten dieses Paket mit einem seltenen Panzer versüßen. Der Tetrarch wird da durch immer noch ein seltener Panzer bleiben. Aber es spricht nichts dagegen, diese Perle mehr Spielern zugänglich zu machen.
Niemand, der momentan einen Tetrarch hat, wird durch dieses Paket geschädigt.
