Please mind the caps, the type is currently been offered in many competitions so it not out of existence or unreachable. You just have to try hard submit and entry and you may acquire it for free.

We appreciate your feedback, but please try be a little more positive.
The packages are not meant to be discounted in game items,it gives the chance from time to time for players to acquire rare tanks and also the chance to make a friend happy by sending a gift.
So all in all they are simply a package deal where you can attain multiple items in one bundle for you or a friend.
Some people like them some don't unfortunately its hard to please everyone
