Dakiras:   It requires some self-coding. You need to make sure you fix the common bug that sometimes occurs with the "CHAT OFF" function, which is that it sometimes falls off. Patch it with a bit of scotch tape and you're set! It also doesn't break when the game updates. ;)

Dakiras:   It's a good idea to grab a friend and run around some maps in training, especially if you find one particular one that you're really stuck on. I did this a few times with some WG guys during breaks and just messing around, but it helped me learn the maps a bit and learn where I could move safely before being spotted and subsequently turned into a scrap heap donation. 

Dakiras: It's been said many times already... blind shots.    After some time, you will start to get a feel of where the favourte 'hidey-holes' are for most people and quite often they will go there without fail, especially in lower tiers while people are still learning the game/maps. Pew goes the shell, good chance you'll hit a blind target in an oft-used spot.   As for the rest, you have a lot of great advice above to look into with regards to in-depth spotting mechanics.   Hope your luck turns for the better on this aspect! 

Dakiras: What Wing said. Mediums are great fun to play.   OP is right in saying that flanking is not simply peeking from behind a building and screaming "BOO!" That's not actually flanking, that's peeking. Flanking is rotating your mobile forces around enemy positions to gain advantages. To say that this is not a possible strategy to execute is going a bit far. Difficult, but not impossible. It does require some trust that your team will be able to draw enemy fire, avoid hits, and survive the initial onslaught of shells. Then when the enemy is suitably distracted and out of position, you attack their exposed sides (the flank... y'see where I'm going with this?) That's flanking. That's how it worked with with cavalry back in the day, and you have to consider Mediums to be similar to cavalry. Mobile, heavy-hitting machine of death-ness taking down the long-range or less mobile units before slinking off into the sunset.   At least that's how I personally view Mediums, and that's how I generally play them. I might be wrong, so others may correct me, but I think it's rather fitting for the type.

Rozkład prawdopodobieństwa wygranej w bitwie jest nieznany, ponieważ zależy od wielu różnych czynników, które zostały już wymienione przez innych. Dakiras: Paul's suggestion is sometimes the best one. Every so often there comes a point where you have to 'switch off chat' so to speak. Sometimes I even play with WoT in a Window (RADICAL, I know!) and behind it I have FB chat or something similar with friends that I can use to distract myself from the chat in-game should I need to.    It doesn't solve the problem at hand, but that's somewhat a larger fight and one that may never be won. Toxicity in games - especially online games of an extremely competitive nature - is an issue that many companies in the industry are trying to tackle. It can't be fixed overnight, but I hope that eventually an improvement can be seen.   Continue to report through the usual channels to our support teams.

PanzerGert: Die Liste kenne ich nicht, insofern erlaube ich mir da kein Urteil wie korrekt sie ist.   Wir warten ebenfalls gespannt auf die Ergebnisse und teilen euch diese so schnell wie nur irgend möglich mit sobald wir diese in unseren Händen haben. 

PanzerGert: Auf dem Testserver habe ich soviel Zugriff wie die Spieler auch. Entsprechend sind meine Möglichkeiten zu helfen. Es tut mir Leid das ihr nicht antesten könnt, aber daran kann ich leider nichts ändern.   Was den Stufe IV Medium betrifft (Type 1 Chi-He), den hab ich nun antesten können, gefällt mir. Recht gute Feuerkraft, wendig und nicht zu langsam, auf Stufe IV bounced auch der ein oder andere Schuss.   Der STB-1 ist deutlich einfacher zu fahren als der Leopard, und Leos sind im Nahkampf einfach nur Opfer, auch wenn man kein Magazin wie ein AMX 13-90  oder Bat Chat hat.

I must say I do agree with the post Homer_J wisely placed in here, you need to relax and have fun and not be so easy to snap at the least little thing. PanzerGert: Also so schwer ist ja nun nicht zu erraten das es um Schiffe geht.  Außerdem WoWs, BS ist was anderes, hoffe ich doch mal stark.  

PanzerGert: Gemacht, geschrien hat er, aber nur die Details für den Weihnachtspanzer rausgerückt, von wann bis wann man einloggen muss:   Vom 25. Dezember bis 15. Januar muss man wenigstens einmal einloggen um ihn zu bekommen.    So, ich hau mal weiter, vielleicht gibt's ja noch mehr. 

IPaul72: Hello Claudia Unfortunately this won't help your cause, by publishing their names this will only get you into trouble as there is a naming and shaming rule on the forums.  However at Wargaming we do strive to make headway in making WOT a better place to be. It is a shame that this type of thing happens and it is upsetting and makes you wonder sometimes as to why individuals feel the need to be so rude. The best thing to do like it has been advised in this topic is to rise above it report (so WG are aware and they can be sanctioned) and move on but don't change who you are  Keep up with the greetings and positives in the game, in most games you will find there are positive players who out way the odd player who is rude and sometimes the rude ones get what they deserve. If it gets too much (sometimes it does for us all) you can always turn off chat as demonstrated nicely below : Kind Regards   IPaul72

PanzerGert: Im eSports kann ich mich leider nicht auch noch engagieren, dafür fehlt mir jetzt schon die Zeit mit meinen bisherigen Aufgaben. Ein Team in 7 Sprachen auch noch für eSport aufzustellen ist leider nicht drin, und die eSportsleute versuchen sich grundsätzlich so klar & kurz wie möglich auszudrücken, damit es jeder versteht. Ist ja nicht so das Kejjak da Gedichte schreibt.    Ich verstehe durchaus deinen Punkt, aber wer in den Turnieren teilnehmen will muss sich damit aktiv beschäftigen, anders wird es nicht funktionieren.   Gegen einen Contributor der sich im eSport engagiert hätte ich auf keinen Fall etwas einzuwenden, Threads wie den von mir zuvor verlinkten zu übersetzen bzw. neuen Spielern etwas auf die Sprünge zu helfen wäre da mein Gedanke. Und ja, das ist der berühmte Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl.
